12 tablets bought, none delivered, unlawful claims of returns

Bought some discountes Samsung tablets on Bol.com. Placed and paid for 7 orders total. Each and every order was accepted and confirmed by seller. I Received Email notifications of transport and waited, and waited and waited, no packages were deliverd.
Then they send notifications of accepting no less then 7 returns, claiming i filed for each and every single one of the returns, without my consent.
Bol.com as reseller had to put sanctions on Techmarkt.be as they will take your money but wont deliver the products you paid for.
In the end im left without any of the 12 tablets ordered, bunch of unused
accesoires with no tablets to use them for.
Seller not availble for comments, solutions or even excuses.
