My iPhone 6 was unlocked in only a few days! Thx Techmajesty :)

I paid for Samsung S20 ultra unlock(expedited,1-2h unlock code) on July 27th,today is August 13th.No unlock code,no messages from their customer support,no responses to emails,or phone number.

Make sure you check your spam folders every day,even if you add their email in contacts.I just accused them of something that wasn't their fault at all!My unlock instructions arrived in time,it just went straight to spam.

My Samsung s9 was unlocked in a matter of a few hours- hassle free! I really appreciate it y’all!

Order #69931 its after 1 month still no answer for my question trough techmajesty website!!!I ask and email 3email just for get any information of my status.No answer,no information and conversation with the buyer.And you say that you are true and professional?!?!?!I request for my refund today because your advertise of 5-15 days now become already 1 month without to say "hello any information"Just waste 1month of my time to wait and believe that you can make it!!!!Be aware from this website!!!!You loosing your money and wait for nothing where another website can fix it within range of time.

Yestreday i contact TECHMAJESTY trough facebook and they finaly answer after 1 and half month.They put on HOLD my refund telling me that first i have to remove my review and they will proceed with my refund.SERIOUSLY?!?!?!NO WAY!!!They will refund me and i will make bigger complain everywhere after all this.I can't login to theyre website and i know why.Because my complain here and BBB so they block me!!!!This is a biggest and worst company!!!Please be carefull before you proceed to pay them!!!!I will report with all the picture trough PAYPAL too to show them how they treathening customer!!

My money is back and fully refunded from them trough PAYPAL.without any question or doubt about my complain that is fully right and trustfull.Even TECHMAJESTY asking first remove my complain holding my money they CAN'T do anything and treathening me.Be aware from this company.I promise them that i will not remove my complain and also that i will make post in every social media they unprofesional way of service!!!!

Even one star is generous fo tech majesty. This is an honest review based on my experience with Tech majesty. They have the worst customer service EVER. you can send numerous inquiries ..they will not bother to get back with you ..no matter what you do.
Their website and voice recorder says, that you will get a response within 1 or 2 hours .. That is a flat out LIE. you will not hear from them until the last minute of the deadline. they will come back and say that your phone could not be unlocked (even though they claim they can unlock any phone in any condition). then ask you to confirm your address so they can send your their Unlock SIM instead of factory unlock method. that is absolutely unprofessional and very demeaning .

My advice is stay away from these crooks ... and seek help from other companies such as:
theunlockingcompany
these guys will address your concern promptly and fast .. with the utmost respect and professionalism.
and yes.. They will unlock your phone that tech majesty could not.

Very poor experience. I placed an order for an unlock code. For more than 7 days, I heard nothing at all from Techmajesty. I then requested a refund for my PayPal payment.

Only after I started the process via PayPal did TechMajesty communicate with me.

Save your money and stay away.
