Purchase Advice: We will catch up for a quick chat either in person or over the phone to discuss the requirements of the device you wish to purchase. I will then provide a shortlist of 3 devices that may suit your needs. 2. Device Set-up: I will come to your home to install your device and to complete an initial set-up including connecting to your home network and basic account set-up. 3. Tutoring: I will come to your home and sit with you whilst I teach you new skills on your devices. I will use terms that you understand and where appropiate I will always ask you to 'drive' the device while I talk you through the steps. This will give you the greatest chance of learning these new skills. 4. Data Transfer: I will come to your home and collect your new and old devices and take them for 24 to 48 hours to complete the copying of data from one device to another. 5. Troubleshooting: I will come to your home to assess and fix any troublesome quirks that have arisen on your devices. Within this process, I will also tutor you on how to avoid these issues in the future.
