Purchased a open box laptop, but what I received isa refurbished repaired laptop.
Upon receiving keyboard was not working properly, they requested me to change the keyboard and the payment will be done.
Today laptop is working, but not willing to pay.
BEWARE of them.
Please do not purchase anything from them , they are just scam !!!
Ordered an SSD of 480gb at first time even after confirmation they mistaken my number on parcel that's why I don't get this parcel then I again reordered the same product and they send a SSD with labelled 480gb and when I run it , the ssd was only of 120gb , checked everywhere the ssd was of 120gb only , then I connect them for help, they just keep passing my calls to different persons of their staff , i sended them a proof and even their one of member checked my pc using " ultra viewer " , then after 2 days i have to call them again for help , they again passed my call and then say they will not provide me SSD , and for 480 gb ssd I have to pay 6000 more , they are just scam , they fake the products on their website and enable cod option so customer will believe them but they scam them very well !!!!
I think their testimonials are fake too.
I am going to take action on them for causing this much trouble.
