I have never seen such kind of fast service yesterday I faced some issues regarding the service they provide but within 10-15 min they resolved the problem without ignoring my complaint really satisfied from there service and stand for me

When I was automatically charged for a cancelled subscription. When I reported back to them they are willing to refund my money back to me.

Zoe is resolving my issue i am satisfied but pls change your rules regarding no refund policy so that no one should face a problem i faced

There have been a few misunderstandings with customer support, but Ann helped me to get a refund for the membership fee and the cancellation fee. Since my situation was completely specific and exceptional they were able to make an exception. This is good service and I’m happy that it has been resolved. Thanks Ann!

Said item is a my local post office but isn’t said couldn’t deliver it as fee not paid Taken my money but not received item. They asked for £2-00 paid it then asked for £1-00 paid it then asked for £1-68 paid it. Now say item is in wearhouse & will be returned if fee not paid within 24 hours. I’ve paid all they asked for & nothing heard since.
