Ordering from Techfibrr was a positive…

Ordering from Techfibrr was a positive experience due to several emails informing of the progress of the order and shipping, shipping was within the time stated and the product is excellent in terms of quality and functionality.

Techfibrr poor customer service

I was allowed to make a purchase for somthing that wasn't, at the time of ordering, in the UK. I wasn't informed that the item was in back-order. On my placing the order I was provided with an order number. I was later informed by Techfibrr, using my order number, that the item was now in the UK. A few weeks passed and no item. I contacted them using my order number as a part of the e-Mail reference. They ignored this e-Mail. I made a second attempt where I got an insulting replay stating 'Techfibrr ignor e-Mails quoting order numbers' that the item was delivered plus a link to Royal Mail tracking. I replyed with a copy of the tracking photo and my own front door (completely different from Royal Mail) and clearly stated that I have checked with my neighbours and no one had taken reciept of any package for me. They came back and asked me to check with house No 4 on another (similar) named street. I explained that I had done this previously and another thing the door was nothing like the Royal Mail photo. They came back and requested I checked with No 14 on the same street as myself, so I sent another photo showing the front door of this house was nothing like the Royal Mail Photo and again explained I had done everything they were asking of me before they asked my, which is the commonsense thing to do prior to raising an issue with any mail order firm. Plus in some of their communications I was left feeling that this company was actually accusing me of wrong doings.

Excellent & Professional Company

Initially, I somehow made a mess of my order....all my fault. Contacted customer support who acted swiftly and resolved the issues. Brilliant! My corrected order arrived quickly and was very well packaged. Bought for my wife, she is delighted with it. I happily recommend this product and the company.

Scam

No support with regards to set up and very limited product capabilities and not compatible. Promised a refund several weeks ago which never materialised.

Great Product

Great Product
This is working already, I can see the difference in the bunion joint after a few days using it. I was surprised such a simple device started to change the shape and balance of my foot, straightening the big toe, which then showed how out of line the second toe was. As you walk around, all the toes start to straighten up. Hopefully this works and I dont have to go for surgery, which I thought was the only option. I will give this another review after a month.
