I purchased Office 2021 only to realise it is not compatible with my Mac operating system. Andrew was a great help and sent me the 2016 Office system I instead needed for my Mac software. He also helped me download and set up the suite which was fantastic as I was starting to lose hope! Thanks Andrew :)

My husband and I ordered a new iMac and needed Microsoft software to open our existing docs. I found Tech Expert Buy online and they had what we needed, (Office 2021Mac - Home and Business) at a super reasonable price. Trust Pilot guided my decision as well. No monthly fee or subscription. We received prompt service from them with instructions on how to access the software. However, be aware that this is not a direct software download from Tech Buy, you follow their link to Microsoft and input the serial code they provide. You must have an account with Microsoft OR create one before accessing the download. This created some problems for us. Be sure to scroll down the entire Microsoft page to locate your correct software package. We contacted Andrew at Tech Expert Buy who assisted us with troubleshooting our installation problem. We were able to resolve the issue!

I bought 3 copies of MS Office, 2 copies have no problems installing them. One PC had some sort of MS Office Program resideals on it that was preventing the installation. I had to email the support department and their tech staff was great offering me help and after many attempts on my part, I couldn't get it installed. Finally after reading their emails again, I uninstalled the program using the Windows uninstall program. Reinstall the product and it works like a charm. I would say that because of my own lack of knowledge that caused the delay of the installation.

I purchased Microsoft Office 2021 for my wife and it would not download initially. Andrew was very helpful and worked with me. The installation process was easy once I got the the package downloaded. I recommend going with Techexpertbuy if you do not need the online version which comes with a monthly or annual subscription.

Found this website by luck while looking for Microsoft Office 2021. Was debating Office 365 or regular office. Contacted support team as prices are very decent compare to $169.99 from Microsoft. I bought two MS Office 2021. The price was a bargain and Microsoft keeps pushing subscriptions rather than programs. One loaded easily on an HP laptop that is 2 years old. The second would not load on brand new HP laptop. Andrew was extremely patient and helpful. He walked me through the uninstall of the original subscription and install of the new MS Office 2021. This is something that Microsoft couldn't (or wouldn't) do. I am off & running on both laptops now. Great service!
