My experience with Textexpertbuy was great.
At first I thought I was going to have to eat my mistake on ordering the wrong software for my Mac. But to my wonderful surprise Andrew from customer service was able to make a exchange for the right software without any hassles. No extra charge That was much appreciated. Because in this day and age companies would say sorry you made the mistake you have to order the one you need at an extra charge.
So yes I am going to order from them again if I need to.

When your download is not working, in my case I had an old version of Mycrosoft already install, you need help. Techexpertbuy follow-up was FANTASTIC. Thanks Andrew. You never let me down, even if i'm not the wiser technical guy. It was very much appreciate.

Edit: After seeing this review, they refunded my money. However, it should not have taken a bad review to get better customer service. Upping my review to 3 stars.

I bought Microsoft Office, and was promptly sent a product key as promised. However, I needed up not needing it right away, and waited almost a year to try and activate it. The key was invalid, and when I reached out to Techexpertbuy, they said I only have 60 days to use the key or lose it. Nowhere on the receipt or e-mail or their website did it tell me that, as far as I was concerned it was my key. They are unwilling to make it right, and I had to rebuy the key from another vendor.

Great company that will always assist you if you are having a problem. They are quick to respond and assist you in anyway. I have bought two different Office 2021 products from them and they work great. I highly recommend this company.

Great customer service. I bought the Microsoft Office kit without realizing that it was specifically for Windows, not for Mac IOS. So I emailed the customer service and received a response shortly. They helped me replace the Microsoft Windows for Microsoft Mac without charging me for the difference, (IOS was more expensive than Windows). I'm really pleased with the service. I have bought multiple product keys from you guys and they typically always work. I always have issues with other vendors and their product keys already being used. I did have one instance that 1 out of the 5 was not useable and I had no issue getting a replacement. I've always run into issues with other vendors. I had a previous copy of Microsoft Office on my computer that no longer worked. I purchased a new version through Trustpilot. I'm not especially tech-savvy and had a problem replacing the product key. I sent a message to customer service and within 24 hours Andrew Waugh responded with the easy solution.
