I feel relief 😮💨
I live close to these guys and have used them before. The owner is a really nice guy and knowledgeable. They have successfully repaired my third brake on my wife's Cadillac Escalade.
What a wonderful service because the dealerships were asking for $600 for replacement light. The service he charge was only $120 now everything great!! I'm so happy and relief I didn't have to pay so much in this economy😮💨

AVOID TECHDADDY ACCS AT ALL COSTS!
Quick shipping via Chinese drop ship company only to send a bootleg Chinese knockoff. I ordered an unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 512GB. As soon as I opened the package, I could tell everything was off. The font was wrong and off center. Grammatical and punctuation errors, everywhere. The QR code looks smudged due to bad copying and transferring. Pretty sure the rest of their phones are also Chinese knockoffs. Paid $14.70 to send phone back via USPS. Let's see how fast it takes to process my refund
Great repair but poor customer service response
I was happy with the quickness and return shipping. The only issue is that you can never get a live person on the phone. Only leaving a message and no one ever returns your call. That leaves you to ship your light hoping that it will return and not just a scam. It came back working perfectly. A little customer service would go a long way to reducing your fears.

I was able to purchase a genuine OEM Samsung note 20 ultra from these guys. Messed up shipping by doing ground vs express but they refunded the shipping cost. Fast customer service response!
Great process
Techdaddyaccs FAKE sales
Techdaddyaccs website offers Franklin JEXtream RG2100 5G Portable WiFi Hotspot for T-Mobile. I have purchased it twice, had orders confirmed twice. Orders were immediately canceled - "canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order".
No refund yet but they have phone theives!
First phone bought order was canceled did not find out for four days that it was not available 2nd time got phone had to stay on them for shipping then phone was used had rubber sticking out from side and camera was dirty from inside like it had been refurbished because back plate was not original and the box looked fake. Also had been asking questions to confirm it was new. now can even get a refund processed as quickly as they took the funds
I trusted you and you delivered great!
The device was not brand new as sold to…
The device was not brand new as sold to me. The stickers on the device were missing. The Dtek app did its job and alerted me that the device had been tampered with. I did a factory reset to erase any malware hidden on the device. Other than that, I am always pleased with the gold standard in security, Blackberry.
Blackberry is BETTER than Apple!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TechDaddy Accs to everyone after my online experience of purchasing my Blackberry Key2 LE. For the record, this is the second phone I have purchased from TechDaddy, both of which have been Blackberry phones. [Frankly, I really LOVE the little keyboard on the Blackberry!]
Unfortunately, Blackberry no longer sells new smartphones, which means one cannot buy a Blackberry anymore, right? WRONG!
Enter TechDaddy Accs... The TechDaddy website has a massive selection of rare and decommissioned phones, including an impressive selection of Blackberry phones, including the Blackberry Key1, Key2 and Key 2 LE. Additionally, many of these older, hard to find phones are available from Tech Daddy brand new, as well as used phones in like new condition! Also, the Tech Daddy website offers a ton of useful information, such as photos, detailed information on individual phones as well as information on which phones work with which providers (e.g. Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) Finally, I would like to express my sincerest appreciation to the Tech Daddy customer service for their invaluable assistance. I contacted Tech Daddy customer service numerous times with questions regarding the Blackberry Key2 LE and every time a Tech Daddy representative promptly answered to my query, making me feel like a valued customer.
In conclusion, gigantic mega-corporations like Apple Inc. are making it more and more difficult for independent retailers to survive, so please support TechDaddy Accs when buying your next phone -- I know I will.
Besides, I'm sure you'll agree, "Blackberry tastes much better than Apple." ;-) ;-)

Excellent Service - My Phones Are Back in Business!
I sent two phones to TechDaddy for repair. Both needed battery replacements and one also needed a screen replacement I was told after the phone was examined. I was even offered a discount for the service as I was unaware that this was a factor when submitting my order. Both phones came back in great condition and I'm so relieved. I never thought I would be able to use them again. I do wish there was more communication as I would like to know how/if it's possible to prevent this issue from happening again.
