The product seems to be good.
But arrived after 12 days instead od 4 to 7 days.
When I approached they didn’t even apologized and said that they needed 3 days of handling before shipping this is ridiculous and horrible customer service. First rule is we deliver what we promise. They didn't.

I received my hard drive I ordered 4 Tb and it came 16TB sticker on it and it doesn’t work with Mac or PC . The item is defective I contacted them for return and refund. We’ll see if not I will dispute the payment with PayPal

I bought the 4TB "Ultra Speed SSD" from Techbuum for $44.90(US), and I can prove it. I should have heeded the age old saying "If it seems too good to be true, that's because it is."
When it arrived the package had a sticker that read "16TB", but I assume they ship all of them that way. Why label them according to their different memory capacities if they have none to begin with, right?
This SSD does not work with iOS. The SSD can be seen on "Disk Utility", but it doesn't show up in any of the normal searches with "Finder", and there's no way to access the drive. When using the "Disk Utility" to delete/reformat (I chose AFPS) the task fails. I tried every other available format type just to see if anything works and it does not.
I'm pretty sure the "glowing reviews" on the webpage for this product are fake, too. If you look through them, a pattern of trite, single sentence, slogan-like statements emerges, the like of which you'd expect to hear from someone in marketing at the "pitch meeting".
I can also say first hand that they delete any negative reviews they receive on that page. I know because I submitted one three times, only for them to get deleted within an hour or less. There was no foul or abusive language. Just a shorter version of what I've written here, so far.
Ordinarily, I would not presume to judge a retailer based on one bad experience, but this is so egregious, I have to assume Techbuum is some sort of scam website. Not only do I NOT recommend this particular product, I also recommend you stay away from Techbuum altogether.

The capacity that they say is a lie, I lost all my data because I copied all the information and it looks like is all there but it's not. They say 15TB it's only around 64GB, a big scam. Don't buy this shi** otherwise you're gonna lose all your information and your money. Also have connectivity problems and the speed it's like an old usb 2.0. This people are a fraud.

I'm sorry but my experience with Techbuum was less than stellar. I purchased a couple of the SSD drives because the page indicated it could hold a large number of TB's compared to platter Seagate and Western Digital hard drives. The fact that it only worked on a PC not a MAC was not clearly evident on the header of the main page but buried in their fine print. When received I began transferring from my Seagate and Western digital 5TB hard drives which took days each to accomplish. When completed none of the files would play even though the hard drive was configured for Mac Journal and EXFAT like all other drives that can handle either PC or MAC. After long conversations with Apple Computer customer service. No one could figure out why these drives could not be configured to work on a Mac like all other hard drives can? I then proceeded to ask to return the unused items in their original packaging. It took days to receive a reply. Then a host of rules about returns had to be read. When I asked for a return label it came with a $15 price tag for shipping to Texas (we are in Arizona only one state away and it usually costs us $4 to ship as we ship our products all the time. On top of that Techbuum has a re-stocking fee - for what I have no idea. In 35 years of business we have never charged a re-stocking fee for anything ever. So the question is why and for what? A new item that was incompatible? Sounded usury to me. In any case I returned the item and received the refund less $15. Be careful when buying from this company. They only communicate with email - no phone service to speak to anyone even though they list a phone number. Their website should be read very carefully since it is not clear about these hard drives capabilities. I would not recommend buying from this company. There is something fishy about them and it was never clear if they are in the US or China even though the return shipping label indicated Texas. So overall not a happy camper with these people and will never buy from them again.

Recently bought a SSD external memory drive. The device, made in China, not only recorded very slowly bu the data were not retrievable. I contacted Techbuum and within 24 hours they refund the money and sent the return prepaid paper. The communications with them were very fast and very pleasant. Excellent customer service. Would not hesitate to do business with them again.
Purchase an item and it has been in route for 5 days. But when I view the tracking report, the item is still located at the starting point of the delivery.
