Refunding membership payment

I have talked to one of your agents in customer service regarding my subscription to the membership. I was kind of unaware that this is a payment for membership because on my end, I was purchasing a mystery box on SHEIN for $2. She has said that once purchased, I wouldn't be able to refund it. But now, Alero contacted me regarding the issue and says that I will be able to refund it. If I can get my money back, that would be wonderful, but if not, it's okay as well. I just got scared of the following charges so I unsubscribe on the membership. Thank you so much and wishing your company great success in the future.
