ALWAYS MOST OBLIGING WITH INFORMATION REQUIRED AND MOST HELPFUL

I started working in my husbands garage around a year ago. I have been in the care industry for over 20 years ago so you can imagine how much i have had to learn in such a short time.
My husband has been on his own in the garage for 9 years, so as well as doing the mechanics, he was struggling to keep up with office work, and you can imagine the chaos i came into. My first job was to sort a system that would work for us both, and i spent so much time looking for the right package. Im so pleased we found Tech4tech.
Not only is the price amazing compared to others, but i have learnt so much. I have asked a lot of silly questions, but Rob has always taken time to explain things to me, and is very patient. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and very quick to get back to me. we have no issues whatsoever Thankyou

The cost is very reasonable but importantly the data provided is impeccable

We made the switch about 6 months ago from probably the "biggest name" to Tech 4 techs. Had some reservations, naturally, being different to what we know and especially because we deal with some not run-of-the-mill stock. But after one month running both systems side by side I switched completely. It works brilliantly and it's great that the receptionist quoting and tech can use it simultaneously now. Very impressed so far and enjoying feeling like I've saved money every time I use it.

Initially I found the system difficult to navigate but I now know it was because I had been using another system for a few years and I actually just needed to relearn the different operating system. I don't think anyone likes change initially but when it's for the better it's worth it.
Everything you need for your garage is in this package. Invoices, accounts all the data you'll ever need.
Also the team were more than understanding when I mentioned about the possibility of changing something I felt might be helpful to make my day to day invoicing and navigating easier for me. That was something that made me decide to write this review so that others hopefully will give this system a try as it's a family not a business I feel.
Give it a free try with an open mind as no one likes change initially. Even my accountant loves it as it makes his job so easy and I can see day to day week to week etc my turnover, labour etc.

Look up is very informative. After sales service is excellent. Would highly recommend.

We, at Wood Street Autocentre Rugby, have been with Tech4Techs for approximately 3 years. Apart from the very competitive price, we find the site a huge help on a daily basis. A lot of plus points, which may or may not be in common with other similar sites, but for me the fact that my calls, re any query, are answered promptly is hugely appreciated. I like the fact i am not passed from pillar to post like some other businesses, and have to waste valuable time hanging on the phone forever.

Accurate data at a good price

Hi Been using Tech4tech for 4 years now.
Absolutely awesome data with loads of benefits with the add on's they have.
Found a guy Called Rob there is always very helpful and goes the extra mile to help when needed

Great system to use and tech support is second to none used it for four years now always go the extra mile to help.

We were looking for a replacement technical data system after Haynes Pro and Autodata increased their prices to a ridiculous level. We trialled a couple of the other systems available and found Tech4Tech the best for us. Rob set us up on a 2 week trial, but we decided to purchase the full system in the first week. The data on it is exactly the same as Haynes and very easy to use (much more compared to e3technical which we trialled). Rob who set us up was incredibly quick and helpful. If we ever have any problems trying to find certain information on the site, or problems, he is always very helpful. It helps having a single person to go straight to if there is an issue, compared to waiting on hold for any number of agents. If you own a garage, and are fed up with the rising cost from the other systems, please give this system a go. I'm sure like me, you will be signing up in no time.
