An exceptional company and tea
TeaVivre is my most trusted source for tea, and their Chun Ya (Spring Bud) is my most treasured type of green tea.
I've been purchasing from TeaVivre for years and find the service and products excellent. I feel so grateful to have discovered the company and their Chun Ya green tea!

Allergens -- Potential Issue for Food Sensititves.
At first, I thought this might be a great alternative to some other retailers -- A+ for variety, ship-speed, and customer service... that said, I found that all of the tea made me sick; they also tasted alike, even though they were quite different. I did purchase samplers and then bought more, and then sadly, realized the tummy ache and pain was coming from this tea. It's the first time I've purchased non-organic teas and I'm guessing there are some type of allergens like yeast, gluten, wheat, etc., that would normally not be found elsewhere. Over several weeks, I decided to stop drinking and pain/agony went away--and I can't bring myself to drink it again.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We’re truly sorry to hear that you felt unwell after drinking the teas.
Pure tea does not naturally contain gluten, wheat, or yeast, but we understand that everyone's body can react differently. We take feedback very seriously and would really like to look into this further for you. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us directly with the products you purchased and batch details.
We also offer a selection of certified organic teas for customers who prefer them. If you'd like, we'd be happy to help recommend options that may suit you better.
Your satisfaction are very important to us, and we truly appreciate you giving us the opportunity to follow up on this.
High Quality, Transparent, Quick Shipping!
After doing some research, I decided to buy from TeaVivre and I'm very impressed! I purchased Tai Ju (胎菊) baby chrysanthemum buds. Upon opening the resealable bags, the buds were in great condition and better than ones I've purchased elsewhere. I like how TeaVivre clearly states where the buds are from, when they were harvested, and when they will expire.
Shipping was much quicker than I expected. My package arrived in perfect condition in about week. In addition, they offer free tea samples with every purchase! Even though TeaVivre is not the cheapest option, they offer high quality teas and I would continue to purchase from them unless they go out of my tea budget-haha.

I'm happy to call TeaVivre my forever tea home, thank you TeaVivre for all the great work you all do! To many future cups of great tea, cheers!!!

I ordered tea a month ago. It's still not here!
So frustrating! This happened last time (in 2022). I waited and waited and waited. I decided not to order from Teavivre again, but gave it a try anyway. So, the very same experience.

We’re truly sorry to hear about the frustration caused by the long wait for your order. During May and early June, some U.S. shipments unfortunately experienced longer transit times than usual, and we understand how disappointing that can be—especially given your past experience. Now the delivery time gradually turn normal.
We’re relieved to see that your package has now arrived, and we genuinely hope you’ll enjoy the teas. To improve delivery speed moving forward, we’ve increased the inventory in our U.S. warehouse this year to help ensure quicker shipping.
Outstanding customer service
Mary's customer service is friendly, proactive and meticulous. I placed a large order, and she managed the shipping logistics from multiple warehouses over a span of a month. She kept me updated on the progess of each shipment, potential customs delays, and kept track of the completeness of the order across all packages. Superb!

I only order my Chinese teas from Tea Vivre.
This company was recommended to me by a Chinese neighbor who had a tea club. I was looking for a specific tea and found it. I have ordered from Tea Vivre for 2 years. The tea is excellent, just like to precious teas I found in Hangzhou 15 years ago. I will always order my teas from them. They are highly reputable.
