I recently ordered the White Hydrangea porcelain tea set from Teatsy and had a great overall experience.

The tea set is beautiful—elegant, delicate, and exactly as described. I did receive one chipped item, but customer service handled it quickly and sent a replacement without any issues.

Delivery was fast, communication was clear, and there were no hidden costs, which I really appreciated. The black tea is also very delicious.

Would definitely buy again. Highly recommended!

Their products look lovely. I have been trying UNSUCCESSFULLY to place an order since November 2025 until yesterday, February 16th 2026! My credit card payment is always declined at checkout despite my bank assuring me everything is fine on their end. I have sent countless messages. I have been asked by TeaTsy customer service to try this and that way to get payment through. I am the ONE who has to do the work to pay the company. Finally, they offered an international wire transfer from bank to bank which would be very costly for ME. Then they offered to send a secure link with details of my order and the amount. When I wrote them yesterday to do so, they came back to the bank to bank international transfer again :( I notice as well that each answer from them repeat word for word my issues and complaints, hence my thinking that all this time I had probably exchanged with AI bot and not a real person! I have tried everything to get through with my purchase for 4 MONTHS now. Not only is it exhausting, it's disrespectful to me on their part. I have had it with this company and I have grown suspicious of them (my bank as well!). They can keep their products and AI "customer service"! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TeaTsy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely love these porcelain tea mugs! They’re beautifully made — elegant, lightweight yet sturdy, with a smooth finish and a perfectly comfortable handle. They make every cup of tea feel special. On top of that, the customer service was truly superb — fast, kind, and genuinely attentive. The whole experience, from ordering to delivery, was seamless. Highly recommend! 🍵✨

I was already impressed by the brand story and thoughtfulness, as well as the attractive products. When my new teapot arrived with a broken lid, not only was service team helpful, they were very kind and human feeling in their response. So wonderful not to get stuck in the Ai loop! It really made a difference. They immediately sent a new lid (which is exactly the correct move in terms of sustainability!!!) and even checked to make sure no one was cut by the broken pieces...in all honesty don't many modern companies take a very aggressively defensive stance instead? It was so refreshing I was honestly touched.

I have already recommended this site to my bestie who also loves tea, but I will be sure to do so with everyone who is certain to compliment me on my new travel pot ^^

I had placed an order early November and was shocked to receive an email from them saying they had a problem delivering my order! Sadly in this world of scams i resorted to thinking it was one. Thank god my package finally found its way to me and these items are a work of art! I am so glad it ended well. The team was kind, responsive and very generous to me. I will be a loyal and regular client. Thanks to them for their understanding and patience!

Great experience ordering from TeaTsy! Ordered this mid December and needed the item to reship to my grand daughter for Christmas. Order came in time and they communicated with me during the process. Ordered the dogface tea set. The set is so cute and quality excellent!

ordered 2 items & shipment arrived with only 1. emailed feedback to customer service. received feedback, corrective actions & new shipment's tracking details all within the same day. swift, efficient & two thumbs UP!!

items received are as described in the website. highly recommended!

This is the 4th time I am ordering from TeaTsy. Their products are both functional and beautiful. It makes every cup of tea a delight. Customer service is excellent. I made a mistake in my last order and customer service rectified my error within hours of contacting them. I highly recommend their products!

Bought a set of the rotating tea pot black and white but one of the glass jar black the glass is oddly shaped the bottom jar is not smooth as big long spikes protruding upwards. I would love to submit a photo but system not provided.
Update the team had reach out to help the problem for refund. They were very helpful. However i recently saw an advert of this jar from Teatsy that they have 2 versions of glass one with the oddly shape bottom and one without. Since i bought the one without i have no idea it was part of the glass design. I have adjusted the rating of my review as the pot is of good quality and great services from seller

Hong Kongers, please avoid purchasing anything from TeaTsy! Their products are essentially price-marked-up versions of TaoBao items. For instance, I bought my friend a “Vortex Kit” - Heat-Resistant Glass Handled Teapot with Rotating Strainer Travel Set at USD 58.5 last Xmas. However, I discovered that the same product was available on Taobao for only USD 17.3 (RMB 123)... I went to buy it for myself and the quality, package, details and everything are the same with TeaTsy... WTH

The tea set is soooooo cute! I use it everyday after work. It’s easy to clean and easy to use. Recommend it!

My experience with TeaTsy was very good. I managed to find a nice discount and got one of their cheaper tea pots. The product arrived in one piece and it looks like in the pictures on the site. The delivery time is a bit high, but it was clearly stated on the website and it did not excede that, so i'm happy with it.
Their customer support even reached out with a custom message after they received word from customs that they were not reaching me. In the end the package arrived without me doing anything, but it was nice for them to react quicly.

I purchased two vortex pots for my friends , not only are they gorgeous to look at , they are very functional . My friends have said that using this little pot makes the ritual of making tea so very special .
The customer service from TeaTsy is exceptional , any queries you have are answered promptly .
I strongly recommend you visit their site , it’s full of wonderful products at extremely good prices .
I’m so impressed with all aspects of TeaTsy so do yourself a favour a treat yourself .

The tea pot I ordered arrived broken and I didn't have much faith in getting it replaced as I’ve been taken by on-line scams before. But Teatsy responded IMMEDIATELY and their first concern was my safety in opening a box w/ broken glass. They are sending a replacement and I am SO impressed!
