Emma made me feel very welcome right from the start of the session . Emma was very professional with her approach and gave us a great learning experience asking questions along the way to make sure we had a great understanding for every stage of the course. I've had many training sessions with Emma and I can honestly say I come away and learnt so much and helps to support me in my career as a carepro.
