This company took my money, confirmed my order, delayed the delivery 4 times, of wich the first email was even before the earliest delivery date. Wrote replies, never got an answer. After making complaints threats and whatnot without effect, I got billed twice. And then Just when I had enough, the product showed up, unexpectedly, without tracking information, via DHL without issues. Just a month late. So, yeah, mixed feelings on this one.

Fast delivery, packed carefully, watch is beautiful, everything was OK from that side. They just don't seem to have a good support when it comes to tracking

I am beyond frustrated with both Tease Solutions and MediaMarkt. I placed an order for a laptop through MediaMarkt, expecting delivery between the 10th and 12th of October. This was a crucial timeline for me, as I urgently needed the laptop.

When the delivery was delayed, I reached out to MediaMarkt for answers, only to be told that it was a "third-party seller" and that they had no information about my order. What does that even mean? I bought the laptop through MediaMarkt! Their refusal to take any responsibility is unacceptable. The operator I spoke with was shockingly rude and unhelpful, repeatedly insisting that it was "not their business" and that I should "get in touch with the seller." This is not the level of service I expected from a company like MediaMarkt.

Tease Solutions, the seller, was no better. After multiple inquiries, they provided the same generic response about a "delivery bottleneck" with no concrete timeline or resolution. My money has been held since the 9th of October, yet both companies have failed to take responsibility. I was eventually told they couldn't provide a delivery date and offered a cancellation, which shows their lack of accountability.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional from both MediaMarkt and Tease Solutions. I will be sharing this experience on all relevant platforms to warn others about the poor service, lack of communication, and the disrespectful treatment I received.

Shame on MediaMarkt for not standing by their customers or the products sold through their platform, and shame on Tease Solutions for their inability to fulfill their commitments. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from either of these companies.

As of now I can't even check my tracking number. They never mentioned anything about the deliverer and when I click on the link it just sends me to a random page or it tells me spam detected?!

Ordered a Galaxy mobile phone - despatched and delivered promptly.
Just a small logistical issue as a link to incorrect courier was sent (DHL, whilst delivery was with UPS).
Although some online evaluations made me a bit nervous, product ordered was received promptly & I will order from Tease again.

I bought via Media Markt a laptop from this scammers. The product came with all problems you could imagine. There was no Operating system installed. (In my order I specifically included OS to be already installed). The battery life was indicated to be around 6-7hrs, mine doesn't last 3 hrs.
I tried to contact this people but, got zero response.
Worst Customer service ever.

This company needs to be shut down. Bought an item via MediaMark that was sold by this company. Took them 1 week to agree to give me a tracking code for my package. It turns out they sent the package to a wrong address! To make things worse, it takes them 3 days to reply to every email. Now my money is gone and I don't have my package delivered. Also stay away from MediaMarkt. Just use CoolBlue and save yourself a lot of headache.

Received order on time and was packaged very safely.

I can't believe how awful this company's refund process is. It took FOUR WEEKS, TEN phone calls, and FIVE emails just to get instructions on how to return a product. Then, another FOUR WEEKS to confirm and finally complete the refund. Seriously, TWO MONTHS just to get my money back for a simple return?

This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re thinking about buying from them, think again. I'm done with this company.

I ordered my Samsung mobile through MediaMarkt and the supplier was tease solution GmbH. I was looking forward to receive my phone in time but it was delayed by 1 day. Second thing that hurt me the most was the packaging of the parcel. Since it was a new mobile phone, anyone can expect a proper packaging to ensure the safety of the product, but it came in such a condition that it broke my heart at first. The packaging was very poor. The bubble wrap used to secure the product from jerks was all inflated. And the cardboard packaging was also distorted. It gave me a thought that the product might not be in a good condition and I was worried that the screen of the new mobile could be broken. But fortunately the packaging of Samsung was well designed that the phone was safe and also working properly. From the very day I thought to give tease solution a review so that they change their packaging and delivery behaviour.

I bought it at Saturn Koblenz, but found out that it was not shipped directly from Saturn or mediamarket, but from this company. I placed the order on July 26, 2024, and paid in full. Then today is August 9, 2024, and there is no news. No one from customer service answered, and after my email inquiry, the email always said that it can be delivered in 3 to 4 working days. Don't buy anything from this company again, be careful! Be careful!

I ordered something from them, and the package says delivered when it was not. and I have tried to contact their customer support but no one is answering ! I contacted their customer support via email and i tried to call them multiple times.

I ordered my new phone online from Saturn.de then I noticed another company will send but.... everything was perfect and on time I am very satisfied. Thanks Tease- Solution team.

No one is responding to me my delivery is not coming since 2 weeks, i received a invalid tracking ID, no one picks the phone or responds to my mails. I think this is scam!!!I am waiting for an expensive TV not some small order.

Can’t recommend. Expected delivery date upon purchase: 2-3 business days. And here we are entering the 4th week without the order, order confirmation or tracking number. Cancelled the order and requested a refund.

Never order from this company, it’s a scam. They let you order out of stock products, and then keep promising for 2 weeks that they deliver, but then never will. Only to then see the same product available for more than 150€!! and advise you to purchase then.
Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Save yourself some troubles and order from someone reliable.

I purchased a phone through MediaMarkt's online shop, which was delivered by Tease Solutions GmbH. Unfortunately, I received an empty package. Despite contacting them immediately, I have not received any prompt help. For the past 20 days, I have been receiving the same email requesting a photo of the package, with assurances that they will resolve issue with DPD.

I regret not going to the police initially instead of trying to resolve this matter directly with Tease Solutions.

I am very disappointed with MediaMarkt's team as well. Despite numerous bad reviews, they continue to sell products from this shop and have not provided any support to resolve my issue.

I hope to receive my refund soon.

My advice to others: go directly to the police and do not attempt to resolve issues with Tease Solutions directly.

The phone is exellent but one think that i didn't like was the post the courier left the package 970€ in front of the door like it was something 2 cent,he could let the package by the neighbor...
