TERRIBLE company with no desire to be professional.

After weeks with no communication, and they finally responded to my email that the ordered kit was no longer available, I still do not have my payment credited. This has been 3 months!!

Boy I wish I'd read the reviews first. Ordered 2 kits for my son for next day deliveries as gifts. Absolutely nothing for over a week. Chased once, no word, chased 2nd time to be told stock is on the way and they 'should' be out next week. Have ordered from elsewhere and requested a refund and cancellation.... lets see how that goes.

After my original order was lost by the clowns at DHL Teamzo sent me a replacement free of charge which arrived after a couple of days. The item arrived in perfect condition and I have no complaints. I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

They message me one message saying be with you in 2/3 days my partner sends same email they tell her it could take up to 30 days. That was the last contact we have had with them after numerous attempts from us to contact them. so I will be taking them to the small claims courteven if I have to come all the way up to Scotland.

Shocking service paid next day delivery well over a month and still no item had 2 emails saying just wait 1 more week , will never buy from here again !

I purchase lot of items online but this has been worst experience ever. I purchased jersey and paid extra for 3 day delivery. When I didn’t receive it after 5 days I emailed them and only then heard that items is out of stock. I had to follow up few times in coming weeks and always get same answer. After I said I want to cancel it, it was shipped that same day. Now I’m getting $30 custom fee that I have to pay, which is not noted on website, and they refuse to refund me money for fast shipping even though I am stilll waiting for jersey and it’s been 3 weeks not 3 days as noted on website. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

3 times know have i tried to order a football Kit thats in stock on the website, 3 different Kits. But every time i get an e-mail saying the item i out of stock. Thats not good enough!

Ordered a shirt on April 8th and never received. Contacted customer service multiple times. Every time they assured me the shirt was in transit. Then the website updated a month later and showed the shirt was awaiting printing. Since it was no longer in transit I asked for a cancellation. They stopped responding after that. I disputed the charge via my credit card. First time in my lifetime of website shopping that I have been boldly robbed and lied to. This shirt was a present for my son's birthday. way to go TEAMZO you suck

i ordered a juventus shirt from teamzo and it came and i liked it very much, however i did pay for next working day delivery and it took a week and a half, i understand it was because of Covid-19 but still i should have got my delivery refund , but overall i liked them company

About 2 years ago, I purchased a Portugal soccer jersey online and was pleased with the quality, how great it fit, the price, and the prompt delivery.

A few weeks ago, I attempted another purchase and it was total chaos. It appears no one at Teamzo is any longer even on the same page. Their website is now in disarray and ordering a nightmare. One can't even get a straight answer as to their checkout and payment procedures. Also, their website "contact" page to ask questions or clarify issues is out of order due to Capcha glitches. Today, I attempted to access the website and everything locks-up (freezes) and all prices are now listed in British Pounds, not dollars, with no way to convert. I finally just gave up shopping at Teamzo. You can't blame everything on COVID-19.

Ordered an article and paid by PayPal.
Order was status "in processing" on the web site. But I received an email saying order was rejected, but with no reason stated.
I had to email to ask why the order was rejected and told "out of stock". Poor stock management to display stock available to enable an order to be placed.

THE WORST THING IS THE REFUND IS LESS THAN THE CHARGE! Its as if I am charged a handling fee for their mistake. Emailed requesting a FULL refund, but no reply. Have tried to claim the full refund from paypal, but getting nowhere (so far) with them either!

I will never buy from this company again.

ordered a football kit came earlier then expected and I’m very pleased with the quality.
Will definitely order again and will highly recommend to others.

Cancelled order and they are trying to scam me out of my money by pretending they have sent the item to amex. Avoid at all costs.
