Great Customer Service
Customer service was very responsive and resolved any issues with the shirt sizes in my order quickly.
They did a great job with the shirts I ordered. Designing the shirts on their website was easy with a variety of fonts, colors, and other design elements to choose from.

Unreliable and Unprofessional Business
My order was due to arrive 6/13/24 and since I did not receive it on that date, I decided to call customer service today to check the status.
To my surprise, the customer service agent told me they didn't even pick the order or print it yet, even though I ordered it a week ago. This item was supposed to be for an event my husband is doing over the weekend and now he will not have it in time. I asked if they could overnight ship it for 6/15 delivery, however, the customer service agent said the best Team Shirts can do is an express shipment for early next week, which is after his event.
I am very upset at the unprofessionalism of how this order was handled. I called again to see if I could get compensated for the error with a discount on the item. They would not do anything but offer the expedited shipping, which will not do me any good.
**Update** I received an email response back 6/14 apologizing for the error and that if my order wasn't received by next day, the following Monday they would refund my order. I did receive the credit since I did not get it in time.

Made me wait a whole month for approval…
Made me wait a whole month for approval while my money was deducted. Sent me excuses after excuses why they haven't made it yet, until they never sent my sweater and gave me no real comment on but excuses. Bad service. Don't take the money if you can't process the item.
6/27 reply: yes you refunded. But no ones money should be taken for that long.
