We were glad when we received the hoodies. But the lettering on the first was not good it was not distinguishable.

Misprinted
Shirts turned out great but two of them were printed on the wrong sizes. Now in a hurry to get them reprinted before Christmas.

Poor ink quality
I understand it was one item and therefore I had to pay $50+. The ink is very pale, can see the sweatshirt through it. I was disappointed with that, it looks cheap.

The T-shirt material is not quality
The T-shirt material is thin and rough. When held up to the light it’s see-through. The printed picture was wrinkled on the edges. I liked that we could speak to a live person when ordering and shipping was on time but the quality of the product is sub-par

Shirt I great. True to size. Logo looks amazing! My only reason for 3 stars is I got emails daily it would arrive that day and it didn't. That happened for about 5 days. Delivery date kept changing.
