Great app, great support
I also get supplements and bought scales, weight scales and strength training equipment as I work away a lot so no excuses

The app teaches you to meet protein and fibre goals to stay fuller and encourages you to move more. I’m fairly new at it and still learning how best to meet the goals but making some progress.

As soon as you download the app you are locked in to a 12 month contract which they will not allow you to cancel. They get away with it by mentioning this in very small print when your first take out the contract, it is not clear at all. It's a scam. They are well aware of this issue because when you do try and cancel they even have a video you have to watch before you can email them about it - the video is Richie Howey essentially saying don't bother emailing us, you aren't allowed to cancel. Looking online there are many other people who have also had this problem.

Purchased the GLP1 essential vitamin pack, online system easy to use, great value for money, fast delivery. Will definitely be purchasing again. Great for using as stand alone vitamins for daily use or as part of your GLP1 dieting journey ps highly recommend using with teamrh app for weight loss journeys, calories and steps set for you. Protein and fiber goals too. Free food scanner unlike other apps like mfp who charge you extra for this, TeamRH app is 2nd to none and makes weight loss seem effortless, follow the plan 100% and you WILL get RESULTS

Straight forward purchase for a excellent food tracking app

i wrote wanting to cancel heard nothing back, been 5 days now

The team were great at easing my worries around using the plan along side weightloss medication.

2nd time round using team RH, the first attempt I wasnt very good myself at calculating all my calories, proteins, fibre etc... this time round they have a new barcode scanner which is helping me massively, highly recommend team RH

I now know what to eat, I focus on foods that are good for me and not just calorie content, I feel great and seeing great results that I’ve struggled to see before.

First week on TeamRH and what a great App. Very easy to use and full of information. Love the layout of it and how it tracks everything.

Does what it says.

Super fast delivery. Received my protein powder quicker than I expected. Chocolate protein powder is really good. Better than another major brand I previously bought from.

I would strongly warn others before joining this service.

I believe I was mis-sold the service due to unclear and non-transparent information around the 14-day cancellation terms at the point of sign-up. This was not properly explained, and I would not have proceeded had I understood it clearly.

Since raising my concerns, I have found the handling of the issue to be very heavy-handed, particularly in the tone of communication, both via email and on social media. It has felt aggressive and lacking in empathy.

In their response, they stated:
“While we understand you may be unhappy with the outcome, we have nothing further to add on this matter. As the points raised are now repetitive, we will not be engaging in further correspondence regarding this issue, and the complaint is now closed.”

I found this dismissive and unhelpful when I was trying to resolve a genuine concern.

Overall, I feel the service has been poorly communicated, with a lack of transparency around cancellation terms and a dismissive approach from staff when issues are raised. I would give no stars but it wasn’t an option!

Team RH is the best app/service I have ever used, and the cheapest too. Richie and the rest of the coaches genuinely care and offer so much help and supprt. The app is easy to navigate and you can contact the coaches for any kind of help. I have been a member since 2024 and can see this being a life long commitment for me to keep me on track. They also offer their own range of products which van be purchased via the app. Some of the best protein powder I have ever tasted. They also offer different supplements too, they literally have everything covered. Highly recommend

The honesty from the coaches is exactly what we all need to hear, even if we don’t admit it. The support is always there if and when you need. The humour from posts and live sessions creates a community. Practical things such as the app for food tracking is brilliant, much better than MFP.

Do Team RH sleep? I used the WhatsApp function to message a query at 9pm on a Saturday night about a TeamRH shop query. By 7am Sunday morning all sorted! I didn't expect anyone to read it- let alone fix the issue (which was my fault anyway) until at least Monday. Fab customer service as always.

Joining RH Fitness was by far the best decision for me...Totally changed the way I think about eating and drinking for helping me lose weight, the importance of hitting the goals set. makes total sense, and it does work...100%

It is obvious that everyone at Team RH wants you to succeed. The app is brilliant, it’s so easy to use and keeps you updated to guide you.
Monthly membership isn’t costly.
You can eat what you like, no restrictions so long as tracked but advice there on nutrition to try and encourage better decision making.
Expansion observed with vitamins etc coming online, reasonable pricing and great quality.
Would highly recommend joining if you seriously want to be healthier, fitter and lighter but they are not magicians, the hard work starts with you.
