Team internet work

The recruiter sonali, was 15 minutes late and demonstrated very poor communication. She struggled with English, was constantly on her phone, and showed zero interest in my answers. The entire interview felt incredibly rushed and unprofessional. To top it off, I was ghosted and then sent this automated survey.

Extremely Unresponsive Abuse Team – Ignoring UDRP Decision

I am writing this review to document our experience with Internet.bs. We are Digital Content Protection Srl, acting on behalf of Sky Group. After filing a UDRP complaint regarding the infringing domain officieliptvsmarterspro.fr, we obtained a decision in our favor ordering the transfer of the domain.

Despite repeated emails and attempts to follow up, Internet.bs support and abuse teams have failed to provide any cooperation or clear timeline for the transfer. Our ticket #3491312 has received no response whatsoever, despite thousands of emails sent by our agents and even direct follow‑ups from AFNIC UDRP in France. All communications have been ignored.

We have also escalated this matter to all branches of the parent company, Team Internet Group PLC, yet we have received no response from any of their teams.

The domain remains blocked but unresolved, leaving it vulnerable to further abuse. We even opened an account with Internet.bs as requested, yet we are still awaiting any confirmation or action.

This complete lack of response and transparency is unacceptable for an ICANN‑accredited registrar handling sensitive copyright matters.

We strongly urge Internet.bs and Team Internet Group PLC to immediately address this issue and align with ICANN obligations, or we will continue escalating this matter to ICANN, AFNIC, and relevant authorities and documenting our experience publicly.
