They always sort out any issues and get back to be in due time.

My query was in relation to access to my wage slips and issues relating to Solutio app and password reset requests. Due to a system issue I was unable to access my wage slips, Alex emailed my wage slips over to me so at least I have visibility of them. He advised he would send them over the same day, which he did. Pleased to receive the pay slips but the issue with access to the system to retrieve future pay slips has not been resolved. 5 stars would have been given if access issues had been fully resolved as Alex was both empathic and helpful.

Rebekah answered every question as I was new to the agency. She did not make me feel that I was asking to many questions and that she had enough. She was very helpful and maintained her professionalism at all times. Once I put the phone down I was very clear on what needed to be done.

Fantastic service! I've been using Teachers First for some time now and I can honestly say that nothing is too much trouble. They go out of their way to help, payments and payslips are always on time and they always return your calls.

A great service from Rebekah after a few initial hiccups with previous Teachers First staff. Rebekah has gone above and beyond to help sort out an ongoing issue I have with my pension and I have every confidence that with her now on board and her progress updates this matter will be addressed and sorted soon. A great service from Zoe in Payroll after unsuccessful replies from others at Teachers First. Zoe investigated my pension issue and refunds were issued promptly!
