Nothing is actually in stock
Ordered parts that I needed quickly. Seen they were in stock on TDOTS website so I quickly ordered them only to find out it's just a drop shipping company and they are actually coming from New Zealand. I emailed before they shipped to cancel the order and trying to get ahold of someone was almost impossible. TDOT still hasn't sent me shipping info. But the manufacturer I bought them from did. What I needed in 5 days ended up being a month. So buy at your own risk and just know they don't keep stock.

I wanted to upgrade the OEM headlights on my Ford F-150 to a really nice model made by Anzo. TDot Performance are an official dealer for Anzo, and that makes a huge difference. There are a few other companies out there on Amazon or eBay who sell these lights for literally a few dollars less, but they can't offer the support or guarantees of TDot Performance and Anzo USA, so if an issue arises, good luck trying to get any warranty work done with these other companies because Anzo does not support them. TDot Performance are product savvy and very professional. It was a real pleasure dealing with them and I'll certainly be placing more orders with them. If worry-free ordering is important to you, I recommend TDot Performance.

Over 2 months waiting for a part
Ordered a part beginning of December for a Christmas present. Heard nothing regarding the part being ready for shipping or even being unavailable until I called to check on the status of my order in mid February. Was told the part was still on backorder.
If the Parts are not available to order don't put them on your website!!

My order hasn't been shipped yet…
My order hasn't been shipped yet because they wanted to confirm fitment on some molle panels that I ordered (which I did already before ordering but whatever fine) and because the brakes I wanted are discontinued… ok so why were they on the site? I got a response back asking if I tow or have a lifted truck I said no, then they asked for a part number for an alternative set of front brakes… how bout you show me some alternatives since half the items on your list are discontinued now I haven’t gotten a response back after choosing another set of brakes. Placed my order on a Saturday still waiting for a response the following Thursday with nothing shipped.

The price is great but the people are greater
It was a whirl wind experience but I got to where I needed to be. I ordered the wrong part because I listened to someone else. I contacted the help centre and we got ordered what I needed ordered without any problems. I’m really glad I decided to work with TDot.
