The on process for ordering was straight forward, however I had issues paying with my visa, which appeared to be on the website. Not sure if this was do to volume orders. Called customer service who was helpful. I tried again later in the day and payment was finally taken. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star.
I will provide an update on the product which is the 3D floor mats once they arrive.

Good deal, but photo was incorrect for the product, had to cross reference part number with other vendors and manufacturer to make sure it's correct (Fox 2.5 DSC for Tacoma)

Inadequate shipping box
Shipping box would not have been sufficient to send a blanket, hence the part was broken on arrival.
Update, they have been fairly good to deal with on the refund process. Also the site was a bit misleading in that it says the headlights are sold in pairs but it allowed me to order one. I needed both but didn't understand the fine print.

Trying to confirm my order was painful
The site it's self is great but when asked to confirm vehicle by phone or other I could never get someone and nobody ever called back. Using the contact us on the web site had the same success and email was better but takes days and they wanted me to confirm with EBC and get back. Hopefully I get the new order to be better. I have had nomissues on previous orders. Do all you background checks on parts needed just to help yourself.

Slow resolving issues
I have had issues with wheels I ordered, it has been going on for 3 months. TDOT has worked on resolving the problem however I paid them when the order was placed and still don't have a useable product.

When you place an order online
When you place an order online, even after selecting the vehicle on their page, they still send out an email(that I didn’t get) asking if it will fit. This results in delayed shipping times and having to email them to ask if it has shipped. Definitely one of the slowest shipping times.
