The Paid Subscription I Never Received

To access TCG Placeholder's sets they have a free or paid option, in the form of a subscription. I signed up and paid monthly subscription but was not offered access to anything that was available on the paid service - instead the website continued to prompt, "Upgrade to download".

I contacted through through the Contact Us form and received an email saying, "I will investigate this." After several days and no change, I contacted again to enquire on any progress. This received no response. After two more weeks and two or three more unanswered emails, there has been no resolution.

I have cancelled my subscription with them now and I will request a pay back through my bank but wanted others to be aware.

EDIT: TCG Placeholders has apologised and refunded my month's subscription. They explained that it was an oversite in their customer service desk that is being introduced and offered a 12 month subscription.
