This company is really a fake one. I can't withdraw my earnings from here. I have killed myself again 😭. I lost $10,000 before and now, I have lost $24,000. None of customer services are replying my texts.

Contacted customer service three times and they did nothing when I want my money out personally I think it’s a scam

It's scam. you can not withdraw your money out.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM. This website is prime example of one of the most known crypto/option trading scams ever. Most of the time they will contact you via telegram or whatsapp, offer you coaching and once you put enough money in the system you are done forever. You will never be able to withdraw any funds whatsoever. Only use trustable and known websites, do not rely on bs websites like this.

I was put at the $100 beginning and first time I use for the this kind of platform supposed to be a person teaching me there trying to be I put more money anyway I put whatever I can let's go up to $500 maximum from my pocket then that keep asking me and meantime she teaching me supposed to be is go up to 1400 and then I tried to be take it out to 500 I might need and they're not let me get money whatever I do it doesn't work I put everything to pull out the money what doesn't work anyway now is Frozen this is Japanese technology they say but it is really sucks these people tcheck they're only scammer so I hope nobody uses this platform ever and I know so many people that trust other people like I do but whatever they pick the people they told you to visit good advance it is not it is totally scam don't use this platform for nothing if you have $2 let it sit in your pocket it is your money you don't don't think you make money on this kind of platform

I have invested some $'s into trading thru TCEHK and seen some amazing profits with short term trading, a few weeks ago I attempted to withdraw some funds, but was unsuccessful and my account was frozen. In order to unfreeze my account I was told I needed to add $2000- into my account, which I did and it was unfrozen, now weeks later when I tried to withdraw funds again, I asked TCEHK customer service to guide me thru the withdrawal process in order that I will be successful and not have my account frozen. I followed their guidance and when the funds never arrived at my bitcoin wallet, I contacted customer service, and this time was told I needed to wait 24 hrs. So 24 hrs went by and still nothing, then when I contact TCEHK Customer service I am told because of an abnormality in my withdrawal address that my account has been temporarily frozen. Now I've been advised by TCEHK customer service that unless I inject 10% of the full amount of my account balance into my account within the next 2 days, that my account will be permanently frozen! This is sure feeling like a scam to me!

Unbelievable gains made trading gold and silver futures. $80k invested and four months later I was up over $700,000. Time to make a withdrawal, right? WRONG! I had to come up with over $90,000 to pay capital gains tax. I asked them to take the tax out of my funds, but they refused. They would not cancel the withdrawal request and my "coach" paid over $75K of the taxes, leaving me to raise $25K. No way was I going to throw more money away. Scam!

I was first introduced to tcehk back in September 2023. I put $100 in to the trading account to trade short term gold futures. I was able to grow my account to $1417USD with a few deposits and through investing properly. I went to try and remove my funds in October and I was told by customer service that I was under suspicion of laundering money. I don’t know who only launders 1000$ but anyways. They told me my funds would be frozen for 90 days after that I could cash out my funds. So during that time I accidentally added $500usd to the wallet. I then waited another 90 days. I asked for customer services help to unfreeze my funds. There are three channels for customer service and not a single one will answer me. I’ve been trying to get a response of any sort of help since January. Bitcoin has gone up since then and my wallet is now worth $4000usd. I can’t do anything with it because customer service won’t even say hi to me. I keep asking week in and week out but I get no response from them. We are using telegram so you can see when they view the message. I find this very unprofessional and I caution anyone that is thinking of using tcehk as a trading platform. The customer service is terrible. They will freeze your funds and state that you are involved in illegal activity. It’s not only inconvenient, but insulting and honestly a shame. They could be a good platform
