I attended a conference organised by TCCHE. The venue was excellent, and the lecturer was absolutely outstanding — engaging, inspiring, and a real pleasure to listen to.

Unfortunately, the experience was seriously undermined by several female members of staff working near the stage, who were supposedly there to “help” people find their seats. They were astonishingly rude, tactless and unprofessional in the way they spoke to and dealt with attendees. They were also disruptive during the lecture itself, which made their behaviour even more inappropriate. Their attitude felt completely out of place at an event of this calibre.

It is particularly disappointing because the conference itself, the venue and the speaker were all of such a high standard. TCCHE should seriously reconsider the way event staff are selected and trained, as their behaviour significantly lowers the overall standard of what could otherwise be an excellent event.

Customers don't seem to matter.
I expected much better from an organisation that runs large events with world-renowned speakers. Instead, I've experienced some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

I've sent multiple emails requesting a refund for my Secrets of Afterlife ticket and received no response whatsoever. I even tried contacting them through LinkedIn. Nothing. I can only hope someone sees this review and finally responds.

Looking through other reviews, it appears I'm not the only customer struggling to get a response. That suggests this isn't an isolated incident but a recurring problem.

In my experience, TTCHE seems far more focused on selling tickets than providing even the most basic customer support afterwards. Ignoring paying customers is unacceptable, and for an organisation of this size and reputation, it's frankly embarrassing. I would not recommend TTCHE unless they start treating their customers with the respect they deserve.

I have been trying to contact this company for two week and not getting a reply. I have emailed and reached out via LinkedIn... really poor customer service!!!

Their website is set up for processing payment but no customer service.

I love to work with TCCHE as an affiliate. They pay their invoices in time and are very pleasant to work with. 100% recommend.

The volunteers at the recent TCCHE event that I attended are appallingly trained.
One woman in particular was a bully and would not listen when I was making a reasonable and doable request of her. She kept arguing with me with no validation to her argument. It was a bad note and feeling to start the day and the event.
On top of it the volunteers kept walking backwards and forwards in front of us, seated on the side when they could have easily gone into the nearest exit and around the back. It was very distracting.

and to make matters worse, after several emails, I have just been told that I can no longer get a copy of the streaming of the day...which was only available for a week????
Your company could certainly do with a clean-up.
This is such a pity and not in alignment with the integrity of the speakers.

The company looked like a scam. I bought a livestream event and it was mentioned on the website that I would have access to it for a year. I could not attend the event on the day or even listen to it on the dat of the event. As a result this company does not respond to whats up messages, do not respond to emails. They have just taken the money and never sent the recording of the event for which I paid. £99 thrown in a bin. Horrible customer service!

First of all, Gregg as amazing and a big applaus for the translator.
But, the room was too dark, sometimes too hot or too cold. I came home sick.
Also 4 days without tables is not very comfortable.

The event was absolutly well organized, everything went well and there was nothing to complain. The TCCHE Team, especielly the Volunteers did a great job.

Maybe the next time it would be good to inclued breakfeats and lunch.

Bruce and Michael was AMAZING.
But the location was terrible.
We were in West Palm Beach before, much better.
Close to airport, mall, everything. Good Hotel.
Doesn't matter to be a resort, they charge us a resort fee and we didn't used. We were there for the convention no to vacation. But anyway We respect tech decision. But for us if will be a place with better infrastructure we will be there. Not a resort anymore.

I absolutely loved Dr Bruce before this and was unfamiliar with Micheal Beckwith and they both blew my mind!!!
Some of the best days of my life and completely life changing ♥️

The event was really great. Especially in the Grand Rex which made it even more spectacular. The teachings was not completely new to me, due to books I read before. Just to be there was pure inspiration, to hear about all the science and the possibilities which lies within us. I had two great days, thanks to Gregg and Bruce. I learned that you are funny too 😄

My daughter and I came in 2018, loved it so booked again this year and wasn't disappointed. Very well organised, all speakers were inspirational and mind blowing as expected as already follow Lynne, Greg and know about Konstantine's Biowell system. After David Hamilton's talk, I'll definitely be following his work

The speakers were all enlightened and guided us towards future science and healing with intention.

Brilliant conference! We loved each speaker. The event was well organised, hotel aslo accommodating. The only thing we didn't appreciate was Dr. Korotkov's video. It felt like an advertisement of a product to be purchased. We did not feel comfortable with that suggestion. Everything else was great. Thank you.

I loved it and will definitely attend again next year! A weekend for emotional and spiritual growth.

An absolutely POWERFUL experience. Everyone was friendly, the speakers were amazing and there were even free books given out. I left feeling empowered! Absolutely loved it will be back next year!

I enjoyed every minute of the 3 days of talks by the most amazing high calibre speakers. I gained, not just information, but understanding and wisdom that I have already applied in my life and have used with my clients.
It was great to be in the company of enthusiastic like minded people. I made new connections and rekindled friendships. I have already put aside the days for next year’s conference.
