Atrocious company! They will not help when things go wrong, even when an investigation shows that the parcel wasn't received. They refuse to put in a claim to get your money back and just keep repeating they can't take any further action in relation to the item. They don't take any action!!! I had to raise a dispute with PayPal in the end. Use them by all means but keep your fingers crossed the courier doesn't leave them in an unsafe place so they are taken.

Parcel was delivered to the wrong address, they won't refund or replace as the courier has provided a photo of it being delivered (to a house that isn't mine). Every time I try to resolve it, they just reply "we are unable to take any further action on this order". Awful company, avoid at all costs. Should be shut down.

Honest company, easy to order and items arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Absolutely dreadful company. Don't buy from them. I bought two new, galvanised letter boxes via Ebay. They started rusting within two months. TekBox said it was wear and tear and refused to do anything as outside Ebay's 30 day returns window. When I pointed out my consumer rights they just ignored them and prattled on about 30 day Ebay T&Cs. In the end I had to write to their Director quoting The Consumer Rights Act 2015 to get a response.

And, after all that, they made "a 10% deduction will be applied to the refund due to the time since the order was placed"

I can't be bothered to fight them for the £6 they deducted but I'm more than happy to share what they are like and hope others can avoid this dreadful company and their dreadful products.

Product as expected, timely delivery

Everything went as it should, delivery on time, and the product , I think, is excellent value for money, and appears robust. Will definitely use this company again.

Excellent service, super fast delivery

I really enjoyed using your company product is excellent and website was easy to use. My only problem was delivery time. I paid for next day delivery and the product arrived 5 days later. There was an English bank holiday on the Monday but even so 5 days is a long time to wait. However pleased with product and price range was good too.

for dropshipping .. they sell their products at a much lower price than that you can to sell. Not worth it

Brought a 4 tier tv stand in black glass was put together with out to much fuss. Was delivered very quickly and no parts missing. Overall good for what is designed for and looks smart.

They are a really good dropship company to work with.

Good dog carrier. Arrived with in time given. We definitely use Tekbox again.

The tablet stand is very well made, looks good and holds everything firmly in place.
The only issue is the positioning of the nuts that hold everything together - they're perfect for holding it all in place, but rather difficult getting them loose in order to get it to the right place using a socket wrench as it comes 'flat' and the nuts are really tight.
I'm very happy with the end result.
