I placed an order last month, still no product, no response from my calls, emails, online portal. Your customer service is horrible from a company with such a nice product. I will never ever order directly from you again!! It’s a $40 lesson learnt the hard way!!

Disappointed in customer service
I ordered two pairs of underwear from you all. I only received one pair and tried to inquire about the other pair. The person I chatted with on line just told me I received the order and that was that. Then days later I get a refund. I would have rather receive the merchandise. Very nice and comfortable undies.
