TBH Chartered Surveyors

A Google search for Chartered Surveyors that service our area brought up many including TBH Chartered Surveyors.

I called TBH and initially spoke to Rosh who was very helpful with advice and answering all of our questions about a Home Buyers Survey we wanted to commission.

Jack carried out the survey and as promised the document was produced in a timely manner and emailed to us for review.

We had a few questions and Jack was more than happy to call us and spend time answering our questions about the report details and was very knowledgeable about the local area and its nuances which put us at ease to continue our journey to purchase our new property.

We found both, Rosh and Jack, to be very professional and courteous at all times and they answered our calls or called back in a timely manner.

On a price point for a Homebuyers Survey, they were on par with others that we had called for a Level 2 survey.

We would definitely recommend TBH Chartered Surveyors.

Thanks again Rosh and Jack.

Rgds,
Amit.
