Froze our payroll account and sent lien notices to our customers
True Business Funding wired our company $37,600 on October 23, 2025 and then took weekly debits of $1,611.12. We fell behind after a revenue downturn. Through its collection law firm it served lien and restraining notices on our customers, and customers who received them stopped scheduling work with us. We wired $20,000 toward a settlement on September 8, 2026. On October 23, 2026 our business account that pays employee paychecks and technician material reimbursements was frozen, and the firm's attorney wrote "Until we receive the payoff we will keep the holds." We asked in writing for a breakdown of fees and charges and never received one. We offered several payment methods and they accept none. Read every term and ask for the fee accounting before signing.
