Terrible groceries delivery experience

Delivered groceries from Carrefour:
* Waited 45minutes more than the initial estimation
* The main ordered items for cooking dinner have not been delivered (without calling to confirm or provide alternatives)
* The first call center support person forgot to release the refund

Avoid using Tazz!!

I ordered food from Tazz for the first and definitely the last time.
The order was placed at 16:41, with an estimated delivery time of 35–55 minutes.

At 17:33, nearly an hour later, I received a notification saying that a courier had finally been assigned and the delivery would arrive between 19:35 and 19:45, so three hours after the order was placed, not 35–55 minutes as promised.

I contacted customer support, and the agent told me the order would be delivered at 18:16. When I asked why I was seeing a 19:35 delivery time, the agent simply replied, “I’ll speed up your delivery,” and then closed the chat.

At 18:08, I got a notification saying the courier had picked up my order, so I thought it really would arrive by 18:16, especially since I live less than 10 minutes away.

But the courier just sat in one place for half an hour. I thought maybe it was a system bug, until I saw that he started driving in the opposite direction from me.

I called to ask why, and he said he had two other deliveries to make before mine.

In the end, my order arrived at 19:07, an hour after the courier picked it up, and two and a half hours after I placed it.
Of course, the food was completely cold, and the receipt from the restaurant showed it had been ready for pickup at 17:01.

After reading reviews online, I realized this wasn’t just bad luck, and it’s a common issue with Tazz.

I strongly advise against using Tazz, and I honestly don’t understand how they’re still in business with service like this. I deleted the app immediately after that order and will never use their service again.

Disappointed

I ordered today with Tazz from MC Donald’s at 12:13 PM and I received my order at 14:45 PM and very cold. I just check the receipt and the order in the restaurant was made at 12:17 PM, but the order was picked up by the rider at 14:25 PM. So I give one star for Tazz and it’s still too much. Very disappointed.

Worst Experience you will ever have!

I ordered something on a Sunday at 13:00; they didn’t provide any estimate. After a few hours, I tried to cancel the order, but it was impossible because, in contrast to other apps, on Tazz you need to be assigned to a person from Customer Support. My attempts to cancel the order failed three times. The delivery person arrived 7 hours later. I was not home because I had other commitments. He disturbed my neighbor because he called him to call me for some reason. After explaining to him that my order was supposed to be cancelled, he marked it as complete. Then I had to go to Facebook and the Tazz app again. After a few more hours, they answered and said they would refund my money. The incident was just one instance of several issues I've encountered. I used the app around 5–6 times, and I use delivery apps every day. Tazz is simply against their customers at every single level.

I ordered multimple times from this…

I ordered multimple times from this app. Every single time there is a major problem with my order. When you write to the customer service they see you as a joke. For instace, today i ordered from Pizza Hut a small pizza. On their page on Tazz it claims to be 400grams. It literally was 280. You can visibly see the difference. And it was 40 ron, which is incredibly pricey on its own. When i wrote to the customer service i got back 15 ron in a voucher form and that is literally it. They say that they will forward your reviews yet on the restaurants reviews multiple people say the same thing so they dont really change. This has happened multiple times. I got rotten food etcetc. They dont even reimburse you properly. U get back 5-10 ron in voucher form and thats it. Worst app literally. In the last 2 years i haven’t had one order that wasnt messed up. Pathetic

Fraudulent activity

They basically stole 200RON from my account. When I contacted support they said they would refund me within 48 hrs. It's been 3 days, still no money. Tried contacting them again - can't get in touch with them (tried chat and email). Absolute joke of a company. Avoid if you value your sanity.

They treat with no respect both sides

They treat with no respect both sides, riders and customer. The biggest bullshit is that they will always blame the rider, even do the mistakes are mostly from them and their partners. You can't imagine how rude the partners treats the riders.
On the end the customer believes that is the rider fault, but the truth is different.
Tazz is a bullshit company. They are running short of people....

4 hours for food

At 3:30pm I ordered some food, at 5:30pm they found me a driver and the app says he will arrive at 7:30pm. The time still increases. So 4 hours and still counting.
If only I just known before order that is gonna take this much. But only after they find you a driver they let you know.
Why are they accept any order if they can’t deliver it…

Worst delivery app in România.
You can’t get hold of a real person from support.
More than 50% of the orders are not delivered
The other 50% are always delivered much later than the estimated delivery time.

Don’t bother with this app. Use Bolt Food or Glovo instead.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this food delivery app. The delivery was extremely late. I had to order food somewhere else. I tried to cancel my order and it took too long to conbect a client agent. Customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. I expected much better service and quality. I won’t be using this app again.
