The cup isn't original, half cup faded in colour after first wash, and became very scratchy in that region. I had this brand before and it didn't have any such problems. Very disappointed 😞

I bought three pieces before
I bought three pieces before, and the quality is amazing. The drink stays cold for up to two days. Today, I received one more for my sister, but the straw was open and didn’t come wrapped in plastic like the ones I bought before. Otherwise, everything is great.

You don’t provide information as to when the shipment will arrive. Not during the purchase and neither on the order confirmation email. I had to call the customer support. The customer support guy told me they usually deliver the next day. I ordered it 2 days ago, still no one called me for the delivery.
