Excellent product and support

I have been using Tazapay for the last 3 months, and it's been amazing! In addition to having reasonable prices, they provide a top-notch support staff. Nilesh is constantly on the ball and prepared to take on any issues or questions I may have. I can't stress this enough; try it!

Growing Payment service provider in association with IndiaMART for their Indian Business

Easy and affordable payment service provider for our business, as it compete well with US giant PayPal at least when dealing with US clients. We have been introduced by our IndiaMART team.
The biggest problem with Tazapay is that they don’t release the funds on time even after complete documentation.

The customer service is horrible and…

The customer service is horrible and I’m starting to think is company is a scam. They have emailed me 3 times stating I reported something as fraud to my bank 2 months ago! I never reported anything to my back and my account actually shows that the transaction was processed. I received an email for the payment on the day of and got another email days later saying the money was released to the seller. When I responded to their messages I get nothing back but I get same message resent to me again as if I never responded to the first one. I don’t appreciate them trying to get more money from me 2 months later and also accusing me of calling my bank to report as fraud, which I never did! They don’t have a phone number or live chat to contact them only an email which they clearly do not monitor for responses.

Please Don't use this Payment Gateways

Please Don't use this Payment Gateways. This is Fraud Company not Release Payment no provide any Support. This is my Escrow Number : 2208-020062 I try to Connect with them many time but not reply from there. My transaction complete before 5 Months but not release my Payment.

Fail - Transfer information to late

The information about the transfer was sent too late to the reseller. It took four days. In this case, I could have made a normal transfer. Why do I need Tazapay?? It would have taken the same amount of time.

Since we only received your payment on 1 Feb 2023, therefore the status on the seller's end only got updated on the same date we received your payment. In some cases, payment only gets detected a few days later because of the payment method used in which your case, you paid using bank transfer hence the delay.

Reliability is an issue

Payout was good.
Dashboard was bad (very slow due to our transaction, search was unusable)
Reliability ( if i could give them a -1 i would.)
When I was with them, they were doing a “middleman” service.

They have moved towards digital / ecommerce markets now i believe.

When we started using them it was all great, everything starts went bad when we bring in our transactions. At the time of event, when our transactions is around 3-5 per minutes. Their compliance team blocked us from receiving payments saying it is too much for them and causing their services to go down. It is never enabled back for the region.

So then we gave them another chance and tried on another region, things has gotten worst. There was like 1 fraud case out of like ~1000 transactions. Everytime we received a fraud ( which customers made ) they take down all the payment channels for days and even weeks just for investigation. Imagine having 100 genuine customers and 1 fraudsters causing the whole payment channels to be taken down.

For the second time the same person fraud( which he creates another account) they completely blocked me off all the payment channels.

It was weird as one person can easily take down your services if you are with tazapay.

Overall their staff was friendly, spoken to one of their director before and he was great. If you are a small business and reliability isnt an issue, tazapay is a great platform to go for. Since they offer a short payout time of T+1.

For huge business better to contact their upstream as they are the resellers of Rapyd / stripe / nium / etc.
