very unhappy

very unhappy, used it for the 2nd time, charged my card but didnt give it to the seller and support is super slow! how do u run a company take money but not send to seller but still charge ME. 350 usd btw, my seller didnt get the money and tazapay is holding it.

Stay away and read terms!!

Asked only how to signup they want to see a statement from another gateway if our earnings??? I rejected that, then they do not want to do business anymore, also see their scam terms point 3.5, 1 month inactivity thry charge you or close your account insane.. bad business practices and so much competition good example how not to run a company

Got the refund!!

I was skeptical at first because the review in trustpilot about the support being bad but it seems I was wrong. They reply to me fast and also very helpful what I should do to get the refund. Very fast reply and helpful support always assuring you! Thanks again for the help!

Horrible experience!

I’m still trying to get my money back from these scammers! I’ve already contacted my lawyer and filed all the necessary paperwork to take legal action against them. These are hand in hand with the guys from Thrillophilia
I purchased museum tickets from this website on March 12, 2025. Today marks 21 days since I bought them. They messaged me on all platforms and even on WhatsApp, asking me to take down my negative reviews, promising I would get my money back.

They supposedly created a ticket for a refund, claiming I would receive my money within 10 days. But where is it? Just empty promises!

What they are doing to their customers is outrageous! I will get my money back in court, along with compensation for their attempt to scam me!

Tazapay Enables Scammers, Won’t Help Victims

In November 2024, I accidentally paid a $1,350 conference fee on a scam website mimicking the American Heart Association. The correct fee was only $350. The scammer used Tazapay to process payments, yet Tazapay refuses to help recover the extra $1,000. Despite legal action against Dusad by the AHA, Tazapay insists we contact the scammer directly, claiming they can’t intervene. Avoid using Tazapay. They do nothing to protect victims.

Unprofessional

They talk a big game, they don't answer to contact form enquiries and the KYB process takes forever. Wanted to use their Escrow service which they advertise on the website but a random cs rep told me via email they don't want my business. Very unprofessional.

I was given a link and I transferred…

I was given a link and I transferred the money to the link. After having conducted the transaction, I was told that the link had been expired.
I got a new link from the shop, but now I have paid twice and the shop still does not have confirmation about my pay. I have not received the money back.

The bank account details I had entered…

The bank account details I had entered for withdrawing the funds were incorrect, yet the company claims they have sent the money. This is highly questionable and further complicates the issue. I need clear proof of payment and a detailed explanation of how they processed the transfer to an invalid account.

Avoid at all cost

On November 20, 2024, I made a payment of €70 for a 7-month subscription. Despite completing the transaction successfully, I encountered an issue—[insert your specific issue, e.g., "my subscription was not activated" or "I did not receive access to the service I paid for"].

What makes this even more frustrating is the lack of resolution. I reached out to their customer support with all the necessary details, including the payment date and amount, and yet my concerns remain unresolved.

I understand that mistakes happen, but the way this situation has been handled has been disappointing. A simple refund or fixing the issue would have been sufficient, but neither has occurred.

Do you want to lose money? Beware of Tazapay Get know the Indian incompetents who are adept at stalling and scamming you.

Our experience with Tazapay has been nothing short of a nightmare. After they requested numerous documents, we went through the painstaking process of submitting everything they asked for, and they finally approved our application. We then spent an entire month trying to integrate their shoddy, broken payment systems into our website. After all this effort, we started collecting payments, only for Tazapay to promise a transfer to our bank account within a week. But guess what? They didn’t follow through.

Instead, they demanded more documentation to prove the services we offer our clients. We provided them with official documents, not just any random papers but state-approved, licensed visa services. We went above and beyond for each customer, meticulously sending all email records to these so-called executives in India who run this cheap, disgraceful operation.

Tazapay held our payments for three agonizing weeks. And then, the final insult—they refunded the payments to our customers without any legitimate reason! Now we are stuck trying to recover our money by reaching out to our customers directly. The damage caused is around 3,400 EUR. Luckily, we were wise enough not to trust this joke of a company fully and didn’t direct all our traffic through their useless payment gateway.

If you’re thinking about working with TAZAPAY, think again. This company is a complete disaster. Let our terrible experience serve as a warning to anyone considering them. Our lawyers are preparing a case against them, and we vow to make them pay for this utter DISRESPECT.
