I’ll run out of superlatives trying to explain how good Cian and his business is.
I purchased a GMT Master “Batgirl” from Taylor Timepieces and was immediately met with professionalism and outstanding customer service to ensure everything met my needs.
I was kept up to date with every step of the delivery and open and honest communication along the way.
Watch was outstanding and at brilliant value compared to other traders and again I can’t gush enough over how good Cian’s customer service is. I’ve already commissioned Taylor Timepieces to source my next piece as buying from smaller dealers always feels slightly more risky, but there’s nothing but trust now in Cian.

Having being let down by another online watch dealer, on a special watch, I reached out to Taylor Timepieces, and I am so glad that I did..
I explained what particular watch it was, and literally within 15 minutes I had the opportunity to buy the same one, we had a little haggle on the price and the deal was done 1/2 hr max!!
Four days later it's on my wrist :0) the buying experience was second to none...

Recently picked up a Rolex submariner Starbucks. The whole experience was easy and painless, I had to purchase with a different card and Cian kept me up to date through out the entire process and went above and beyond to show me the watch.
