Wine glasses

I placed a small order of glasses to trial for a new wine bar I am opening. They came quickly and I loved them. Someone chased the order up with me and helped me order more to stock up the glassware in the bar, they went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. Will definitely be ordering more in the future ⭐️

Poor communication

I placed an order 1st time, I received shipping details and the glasses arrived really quickly. 2nd time the experience was really different. No shipping details or any information the parcel was on my way. I had to chase them up. When the package arrived one glass was broken and one 1 item was missing. They did resolve it quickly but once again no tracking numbers or any communication that parcels were on there way to me.

I’m very sorry to hear about your experience.
I replied to your emails personally regarding back order and glass replacement. Unfortunately, the original tongs you ordered were out of stock, but as a gesture of goodwill I also sent you a different size tongs free of charge for the inconvenience.

We do send tracking details to the email address provided as soon as an orders been despatched, so please also check your junk/spam folder in case the email landed there.

Great plates and great customer service.

Received our plates order but four of them were damaged, I contacted Taylor’s and they quickly replied saying they would send replacements out, which they did.
I would definately recommend and buy from them again.
Quickly delivery and quick response to emails.

Highly recommend

Amazing. Whoever looks after their WhatsApp, deserves a raise. I messaged asking if they had a bulk number of the items I needed, the response was quick. I advised I needed them urgently, as soon as I paid the company knew I needed them. The service from start to finish was fantastic.

My misses Ordered 6 cups from these…

My misses Ordered 6 cups from these over 6 weeks ago as I had ordered a full tea set for her from this place but didn't get the big cups she also wanted. She made a separate order for them only to find out a week down the line they hadn't arrived when she got intouch with them that they didn't have in stock for another 5 weeks or so. So my partner said she will wait as she really wanted them well yesterday they turned up. She opened the box the cups she wanted had arrived but one was totally smashed 4 others had airline cracks and chips and only one was okay. The person that was emailing back and forth have been no help as they only say two cups are replaceable but that's a load of rubbish avoid this company people

We'd like to address your concerns regarding the timeline and handling of the order. The order was placed on 11.03.2024 and shipped directly from our supplier, with a stated 3-week wait period for the cups, not 5 weeks as per your review. The lady was fine with this timeline.

Regarding the damaged cups, we have a standard policy of requesting evidence for damaged products, as outlined on our website. Upon receiving your images, we forwarded them to our supplier for investigation. The supplier identified only 3 broken cups, so they requested additional images. We kindly asked for a comprehensive image showing all 6 damaged cups, but this was not provided.

Additionally, we received a phone call from you using abusive and violent language. We take professionalism seriously and do not condone abusive language in any form.

As a gesture of goodwill, we promptly refunded you for the 3 cups confirmed as damaged. We always aim to offer replacements or refunds for damaged stock as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.

We appreciate your feedback and are continuously working to improve our services. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further concerns or require assistance.
