After a fall at the gym left me with a badly swollen and cut forehead, I called Taylor Grey for an urgent appointment. The booking process was very easy, and they were able to see me within 90 minutes while still allowing enough time for me to travel there.
The whole team were extremely welcoming when I arrived. I received excellent care from Linda, who carried out a thorough assessment for a possible head injury as well as carefully examining and immediately treating the cuts. She also clearly explained the recommended next steps, aftercare and what symptoms I needed to watch for.
I left feeling reassured and completely confident in the treatment I had received. I would highly recommend Taylor Grey and would not hesitate to use them again.
