Got a set of wheels but one rim was damaged. It was no problem to retour the wheel (at their costs), they checked the wheel (it was indeed damaged) and came with a solution. Excellent service, thank you!

I returned a MTB wheel
I have orded a wheel with the wrong rim.
Wheel is dissapired.
Taylor Wheels had nothing recieved they say…..
Contact with postoffice and they sad that it was recieved by taylor wheels.
Very strange…

I changed my review, problems are solved.

I bought a wheel one month ago, it's now veiled beyond repair. I did not have any accident, nor did it take any hit. The bike repair shop tells me it was poorly mounted.

UPDATE: They agreed to reimburse half of the price after I complained of the bad quality, although it did not make up the new wheel that I had to buy. Changing from 1 to 2 stars

I use Taylor-Wheels the forth time and i am very satisfied with my purchases. I bought 3 wheels of different construction and a roller brake. The product quality is good and i get what i have seen on the site. The delivery time is short. My latest order was delivered abroad in less than one week

The rim tape that came with the wheel did not fit. Marked 26/28 * 21. It is too wide and bulky. Long story short: The tire did not form a circular mounting, bumpy ride. Wheel with new Schwalbe Marathon Plus 28-622 + new Schwalbe 28-32 700C tube. I have never ever had this issue before. 15-16 mm rim tape from 15 year old Mavic rim now lies deep and secure in new rim. Problem solved.

When rim tape is supplied together with a wheel it must be reasonable to assume parts fit together.
Taylor Wheels should acknowledge the error. And don't brag about "free" rim tape, because what is delivered is worse than nothing, causing extra work and trouble.

Quick service and impossible to beat the price/quality of the wheel.

The purchase process was simple and the communication was continuous and clear.

Ordered a wrong wheel (for the brake disk instead of roller brakes) and notified the shop by mail the same day that made a mistake while ordering.
Wrongly ordered part was still shipped out after two days. Was trying to call them during the working hours several days. No one picked up the phone.
Now need to return the product... and still no one answered phone or mail.
Very poor customer service!
Update: I was managed to return back the wrongly ordered part, but had to pay for the delivery back. Still costed a lot of time to communicate through mails, phone never answered. Information on site for return is in German.

Got the alfine 11 weel from them. 700km on ordinær road 7 sproket goin so fare. Spoket they used is in bad condition some cheap fabrication.
I replace Them myself with rust free sprokets. And non problems sins.
Will not recument buying from them.

The negative reviews here made me reluctant to purchase from Taylor Wheels, but I couldn't find the appropriate wheels for my son's bike on any of the sites I am more familiar with. The likes of Decathlon only sell the freewheel type, and I needed the more modern freehub kind - with a hub body.

So I rolled the dice, and I have no regrets. Given my initial apprehension, it was truly a delightful experience. The wheels were shipped very promptly, and there were no issues at all with delivery to France with GLS. And the quality... superb quality of their own branded double walled wheels.

It is true they could add a little padding in the box. As well as protecting the merchandise, it communicates the merchandise is worth protecting - marketing people where are you? :)

Okay prices. Good selection of products. The website is relatively easy to use. The only problem is the shipping. The wheels are sent in a large box without any padding! Just a sheet of cardboard between them, which is mind blowing! I ordered a couple hundred euros worth of wheels and they came slightly scratched because of the bad packaging.

Good quality wheels, good price, shipped quickly.
Too bad that the shipping is not at the same level.
My 300 euros wheel was delivered in a much too big box without any protection. It had to be banged around between Germany and France. As a result, it arrived completely warped.
Note : The Taylor Wheels support proposed a solution to my problem.
I will may be order again if they change the shipping packaging which is currently way too light for a wheel traveling all over europe.

I was sorry to cancel my order. I have been refund by Taylor Wheels I would say immediately. Thanks for the quality of products and service !

Ordering is a messy process. There are at least three websites that apparently share the same users. You get redirected from one to the other (.fr .com .de). French translations are bad. I got an order confirmation by email, but there was a an error message on the webpage that also showed a confirmation that the order was successful. I can't see a trace of my order in the order list. The order list menu isn't even available on the French website. Tracking information is unclear. I have no idea what's happening with my order. I wonder when I'll get delivered.

They display items that are out of stock, which is annoying.

The offering and price seem good though. I really hope I get my wheels.

Edit: I got an email from customer service telling they are awaiting payment. Since I'd already been through the whole process, and in the meantime my order had been cancelled, I quit and will be looking for another supplier.

Recently order a 26" DT swiss 535 rear wheel. Initially, we had a hiccup, as in the I could see a deduction from my bank account towards the purchase but they could not see the transfer. But Alexander from Taylor wheels was quite cordial and prompt, kept me posted and notified me the moment he saw the transaction details. I was quite amazed as the wheel arrived in no time and is priced quite low as compared to the competition and for its price the wheel is really well made. Would love to shop again from them!
