Taxslayer company as a whole
Taxslayer company as a whole, product, quality, customer support, ease of use, technical support, all get 5 stars, I've used Taxslayer for 20 years. I considered other companies at times but always chose Taxslayer and kept using it with excitement every year. Excitement in anticipation to what is being improved each year, which never disappoints me. My account manager Krista McWhorter is the greatest in the world.

Best software I have used
The software is seamless. The addition of the app allows me to use procure clients information nationwide without the need of a fax or file cabinet. I love it.

seminar needs to be upgraded
Little knowledge was gained for experienced tax professional. Most questions asked during the general session could not be heard and no general handouts are passed out during general session or classes
