The Tech made sure everything was loaded and working.

TaxSlayer Pro is the second tax software I have used in 25 years. When I made the change, I never realized I was switching to a very professional company. I have always received quick and accurate help when needed. I have been using TaxSlayer Pro for many years and will continue until I retire.

Support is great! Walks you through.

The software its self is ok.
I don’t like the fact that you guys don’t give a person the option to stay with you guys or move on with another software provider. I can’t get with you guys just automatically take the money which means either your statin or you’ll lose out on that money which I think is so unfair. YOU GUYS NEED TO CHANGE THAT ASAP!

It was the first day when I talk to you, I knew that I was in the best hands. In general, I had experienced a great deal of time with everyone at Tax Slayer Pro. For once, I had never been disappointed no matter how silly or stupid my questions were. It was nothing but awesome, great experience.

Aubrey G. (Software Advisor) was knowledgeable and was able to communicate exceptionally well to me when I was looking for a tax software to purchase as I start my own business. A lot of things to consider at this time, but Aubrey's call sealed the deal on this one.

I had tried the desktop version which was just awful and I was intending to go to TaxAct Professional which was a bit cheaper. (I was also trained on that in school.) The call from her got me to try the online version, she advised me on getting my EFIN quickly, and she was just so knowledgeable.

Havent bought it yet, but I will before next TS25! Web version for sure.

This is my 5th year with TaxSlayer Pro and I couldn't be happier! The support team is top notch and friendly if they don't know the answer they will make sure to find out for me.

TaxSlayer is user friendly software and when you get stuck support team is awesome. I recommend TaxSlayer to all professional.

Superb customer service! The most tax preparer friendly software available. You still have to know taxes but you don't have to be a computer genius. I love that I can take short cuts because I know what I want to do next but the software has step by step instructions if I'm not sure in a certain area.

the company always is improving on things that the goverment is adding into taxes. this is a great program and so user friendly. the support team are top notch and always can lend you a hand if needed.

It helped me fix the errors I had a lot. He did a great job.

I like that Taxslayer offer technical support and navigating support. I just wish they more experience and knowledgeable people. Also, when it comes to sharing screen, tech people on the other side often want more control of your computer without asking permission first.

I was feeling totally lost on how to enter information on a return. The first support person was also unsure of the answer. She had another support person call me just to double check.
I was very happy to know I had entered the information correctly.

Assistant was very patient and thoroughly understood the issue. Waiting to hear back on the final resolution. We have a workaround in the meantime.

the program does not do passive v non passive partnerships
there is no continuity betwen years. I have to reinput ALL SS.

All the techs are super friendly, but I had to call 3 times to get the correct answer to my problem. It was a simple new function key on new computers
