Hello, I came to Tax Slayer from a web based Crosslink that I had been using for 14 years. Although quite hesitant to change I took the leap thanks to my now rep. Ernest Flores, I have many positive feedback about the Tax Slayer Web Program. First, it is very user friendly and accessible with all prompts on the left side of the page. I like the fact that a quick guide is available for those first time users. Aside from the program Tech. support was quick and very knowledgeable. Although these are all great points to the program there are some improvements that could be done. For example the reports that we need to keep track of our progress and customer counts could be more detailed and more individualized, also reports of clients with bank product and non bank products could be a big help to be detailed. over all for this being my first year with the program I am pleased and if I could give it a 4.5 stars I would but since I cant I will give it a 4 star.

I have used TaxSlayer Pro for 10-11 years. I had less confidence in the telephone support people this last tax season. Growth is good, however you need to anticipate people needed and give them time to get up to speed training wise. Last season I had to wait on the phone longer to get and answer and was told I will need to get back to you more often than ever.

The form 9325 to have the ability to get this form that gives information on the acceptance of approval of transmitting of return or extensions for Corporations, trust, and non profits. One needs to be able to always retrieve it any time though out the year for printing. Therefore having no need to print right at the time of acceptance.
Lending agents are asking for it and when one goes to print it is not there.

Accurate software.It is a very user friendly software and customer service is extraordinary.TaxSlayer is tops in my books.

Taxslayer to validate your services to me is an A+ extremely excellent.

For the most part everything works well beside some small glitches, I've been happy for the most part throughout this tax season but there has to be some changes with the reports in preventing duplications when people run a report.

It is a very user friendly software and customer service is extraordinary.

I wouldn't even try to do a tax season without the help of Taxslayer. They are knowledgeable, professional, patient and helpful. Thank you.

Taxslayer Pro is absolutely the best decision that I made,when I first started my business in 2003. Although I tried several different programs TaxSlayer just made since for me and my office. Very easy to navigate, always up to date on tax laws and the staff is amazing. But most importantly they listens to the tax practitioner. They give us the opportunity to make suggestions that can help with improvements to the program. This way everyone can focus on the growth of their business to have a smooth successful tax season. We switched from Taxwise a few years back and have not looked back. Our staff likes the simplicity of the program. We like the Customer support and how fast the Taxslayer team works to resolve any issues (even the minor ones). Our rep Ernest is always checking up on us to make sure we have a smooth season. Have been using Taxslayer for years. Love it. The support is awesome! Individual federal and state easy to use, but sometimes the business state (Illinois and California) are a little difficult, but support always helps.

I've been to two IRS tax Forms in New Orleans and each time I always ask folks what prep software they use. The answers always vary, but a few, like me, are TaxSlayer Lovers.
I make an attempt to get the non-Slayer users to talk about their provider. They just don't seem to be as enthusiastic about the software they are using as I and other TaxSlayer users are. I encourage them to go by the TaxSlayer exhibit and talk with the reps there, cause they sound to me like they might be ready for a change!
