Attended the Immersion in STL a few weeks ago and the information shared was exceptional! Eric Lloyd was the facilitator and his coaching style focused on group engagement - the group loved the large post it's and discussion. Looking forward to meeting more of the TLWB team at the May Expo.

Before I started the class, I've heard of other talked about fixed and flipped, but I had mo idea of how it works, what it does, and definitely didn't this was possible to do. While I am still a student and continuing to on how to increase my knowledge with the help and guidance of Mr. Tad Lignell, a patience and knowledgeable instructor, I wouldn't be able to know whip feet to step forward. His patience, really helped me to be on the right path for a successful journey! I greatly appreciated the experienced! Thank you!

The education TLWB is providing their students is stellar. You get all the resources, exclusivity and right connections in place for you to be successful. The Diamond mastery program may be an "intense" investment but it sure will pay off once you put your heart to it. The 3 day workshop with Jay Drexel brings a new perspective to build your future. Getting yourself in the live Immersion gets you to the next step. Fortunate to have Derek Frandsen to facilitate our immersion. Person with good spirit and high vibe. Big heart and balances business with what it is to be human. We have Steve Wiley as our concierge. Very structured no time wasted. Emphasis on urgency just gets down to business. Nothing personal and wants to ensure directly that you get your tuition worth. We have Rachel Mahoney as our coach, we have yet to see how the connection goes since there was only a soft introduction. Hoping for the best still.

Frank Murphy is great as our coach, He shows us the ways to do things for going forward with our wholesaling. He helped us to set up our new emails for the business. He gives us homework that helps us to learn what to do, where to search for properties, feel out Realtors to helps us and work with us. And we also know how to do the ARV and rehab costs estimate.

Slow down a little when presenting steps, links, apps and what's expected. Especially rules and regulations for specific and or individual counties and states. Thanks.

I joined Tax Lien Wealth Builders hoping to gain clarity and confidence in real estate investing, and I can honestly say the experience has exceeded my expectations. A big part of that is due to my coaches, Daniel Ray and Dan Dyer.
Daniel Ray’s approach is incredibly structured and detailed. He explains complex concepts in a simple, practical way and really keeps you accountable and on track. He makes sure you are learning and takes the time to evaluate what he teaches so you actually progress. Because of him, I don’t feel overwhelmed—I feel focused, consistent, and confident in my progress.
Dan Dyer brings an amazing level of positive energy and encouragement. During the 3 day flyout, he went above and beyond to make sure I not only understood the Fix & Flip process but could actually apply it in real-world situations. From walking properties, analyzing deals, to speaking with realtors and contractors, he handheld me through the process. I now feel much more confident stepping into this space. His continued support even after the flyout is a bonus.
What really stands out is that both Daniel and Dan are mature, experienced real estate investors who openly share their own journeys—the wins, the lessons, and the practical realities. That level of transparency makes a huge difference and I feel genuinely cared for.
The tools and systems provided are also extremely detailed and helpful, making it easier to take action rather than just learn theory.
Overall, I feel highly supported, empowered, and excited about what’s ahead. They’re not just coaches they are mentors and are slowly becoming part of my extended family. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with them and I’m looking forward to sharing my wins soon!

I recently completed the Immersive training with tax liens wealth builder, and it exceeded my expectations in every way.

The program is truly step-by-step, making complex concepts easy to understand—even if you’re completely new to this space. It breaks down everything from the fundamentals to more advanced strategies in a way that feels practical, not overwhelming.

Derek, the instructor, was outstanding. He explained each topic clearly, shared real-world insights, and made sure the training stayed engaging and actionable. You can tell he genuinely wants his students to succeed, not just learn theory.

What I appreciated most is how detailed and structured the training is. It doesn’t leave you guessing what to do next—you walk away with a clear roadmap and confidence to take action.

If you’re interested in tax liens and tax deeds, I highly recommend this training. It’s one of the most valuable and well-organized programs I’ve taken.

My time spent with Coach Tad was invaluable and time well spent. He was very generous with sharing his experiences and accumulated knowledge that I'm sure will serve me well for many years to come in my new career in real estate investing. He was patient, personable, extremely articulate and extremely professional even in the face of technical difficulty. I'm eternally grateful for having spent my weekly 1 on 1 conference coaching time with Tad Lignell. Tad should get a raise in salary.

This has been a great experience for me. Jarold and Dan have been working with me in the Fly Out program and through patients and support have taught me to be confident about this business. Not only do I have them as assigned coaches, but the whole team of coaches has also been there to answer questions and give support at different times.
Every step of the process and every person involved from day one has made this a first-class experience. They truly care about each and every person who joins and make you feel part of the team!!!

My fly-out coach, Derek Hudson is EXCELLENT! He's an effective educator and motivator with a great sense of humor. Even prior to the fly-out (during the latter base camp session), Derek brought the process/system alive so that my partner and I became excited for what's to come. I think Derek realized we needed that which makes him a great coach. During fly-out, the rubber met the road and we literally were ready to fly out on our own but with a safety net at our disposal. 5 starts for Coach and the established system!

Working with my coach, Jeff, was a great experience. Jeff helped me clearly understand how tax liens and tax deeds work, especially in states like Florida and Michigan, and broke down complex concepts in a way that was easy to follow. I now feel much more confident navigating the basics of tax lien and tax deed investing thanks to his guidance.

When i first got into the program, I was very frustrade and felt that this was not something I should have spent the money To my appreciation, I was paying for a software use. I had decided to just take the loses and run then I got a call from the company and offered some help with some training and was put in touch with Stephanie Moates. She is being a big help in understanding the software and how the system works. The program by itself is overwhelming but I feel that with Stephanie support, I can accomplish what I wanted to do when I first contacted Tax Lien Wealth Builders. My big thank you to Stephanie for all your help!

I believe the one on one experience with a coach is the best thing to happen to any student of TLWB. Rachael was very patient with me as a beginner and had answers to all my worrying questions. I had almost lost hope in doing this business, but she made me regain my confidence in it. she navigated me through several places, clicking icons I never knew existed for our use.
I pray and hope I will remember everything and all the steps I went through with her . I hope she would be scheduled to do at least one more session with me.
