I worked with this company for over 3 months as an HR professional. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.
Despite hiring an HR resource, the management seemed unclear about the purpose and responsibilities of the HR role. After joining, I was frequently assigned non-HR tasks, which limited my ability to perform my actual job responsibilities effectively.
There was also a constant environment of micromanagement. Employees were frequently interrupted and questioned about their work, which made it difficult to maintain productivity. Regular disruptions followed by lengthy explanations of preferred working methods created unnecessary stress and inefficiency.
During my tenure, I experienced multiple situations that were mentally exhausting and negatively impacted my overall work environment and motivation.
Additionally, after leaving the organization, my full and final settlement was not cleared properly, and deductions were made without satisfactory justification.
