Calling me without a reason..
Didn't reserve a taxi nor I know this company

Quick and reliable service. I booked online and they called back shortly after to confirm. Then I received an SMS and email with the confirmation, in addition the driver texted me. The driver came as booked and in good time, he also texted when he was outside. The driver was very nice and drove well. Recommended! Will use them again.

Good price compared to other larger aggregators and very prompt replies. Good system.

Just perfect! First of all operator contacted me shortly after I left my order on the website and offered an option, it was quick enough. The confirmation went on mobile phone after that, containing all the details. We had early morning ride and before i thoight to check with driver the eve before trip, he sent an sms with confirmation himself. In the morning driver arrived in advance, the car was impeccable as well as the driver. I am very much happy with our experience and happy to open such a nice taxi service. Very much recommended.

Really good service! We had a driver taking us from Bordeaux to our winery tour in St Emilion. He was Really punctual and kind. Totally recommend.

I am always a bit nervous making an appointment for a taxi ride when timing is very important. Doing so in Toulouse where I don't speak French was even harder. However, I found it easy to navigate the site. When I was finished, I received a call where the dispatcher verified all the details of the ride (and spoke English!). Early the next morning, our driver was there 2 minutes early, loaded our bags, and gave us a nice ride to the airport. Great experience!

We booked a taxi from île de Re vers La Rochelle airport, early in the morning.
This was confirmed twice before departure as the company called us.
On the early morning , the taxi did not show up. We tried to call him from 6:30 until 7am. Then we called the central who told us that they cannot reach the driver and we may find an alternative solution!! My daughter almost missed her flight. She had to hitch Ike. The driver finally called back at 7:20! . He was mumbling something but did not apologize. He was finding excuse while, it was really clear that he just did not wake up! A shame! Do not use this taxi proxi. They are just a central and not helpful! I ask for compensation, and not even a reply! So rude people-

The worst experience. Coming from overseas I have reserved a taxi with a confirmation from taxi proxi.i mentioned twice to the operator that we had 4 luggages.The taxi who came to pick us from the gare de Nancy in france left us outside the gare because our luggages were big he said. When we called back taxi proxi asking for another car they said they are sorry and cant help us. The worst service worst company non professional.dont recommend at all. And they never said Sorry.

I was a little apprehensive when I booked 3 taxis through this company due to the reviews but I needn't have worried. The drivers arrived on time for both journeys and were very friendly. I would definitely book again if coming to France.
