Taxi Luchthaven Service, as you do not reply to my multiple emails I will post the original email here and I really hope you will upgrade your horrible service. If not I hope other people will read this review before booking, so they at least are aware of this terrible service.

Dear Taxi Luchthaven Service,
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service we received during our recent booking. Despite arranging our ride well in advance to ensure a timely arrival at a wedding, our driver arrived more than 1 hour and 15 minutes late. This delay was completely unacceptable, given the importance of the event, and we are deeply frustrated that your company did not meet our expectations
The driver attributed the delay to traffic, but this explanation falls short. As a professional service, it is your responsibility to anticipate and plan for traffic, especially when a booking is made for a specific time. The entire reason for booking in advance was to avoid precisely this kind of situation, and yet we were left scrambling due to your failure to deliver.
Moreover, it’s concerning that traffic conditions, as checked on Google Maps, did not seem severe enough to justify such a delay. We only waited because we had already paid in advance; otherwise, we would have found another way to get to our destination. This experience has seriously undermined our trust in your service, and the fact that we were forced into this situation due to advance payment is troubling.
Given the circumstances, we expect appropriate compensation for this inconvenience. We hope you will address this issue promptly and ensure that future customers do not have to endure a similar experience.
