I booked a car and added that I have a cat. When the driver arrived, he refused to pick me up because I had a cat with me, though she was in a box. The operator with whom I was chatting told me they have no driver in that small city that would accept animals and such things were for big cities. I don't know why they accepted my booking, then. I had an early Saturday morning ticket and couldn't find any other taxi, small city trouble. I missed my train and still had to walk a distance to the closest bus station with a cat and a large suitcase. I could book a taxi with another service if they had not accepted my booking with a cat. Though they refound the money, I had to pay for another train ticket for 4 hours later. I wrote to them and there is still no response after 2 months.

Terrible company. I have tried in every way to reach Taxijakt via phone, email and text but no reply. I need to reschedule the pickup time but cannot reach Taxijakt. It will be interesting to see if a taxi will be showing up at all since other customers have written here that is not even sure either anymore.

Booked a taxi, they called and informed there is no available. I got charged…
I have emailed them 3 times. Still no reply!!

confirmed my ride for 5:45am, to CentralStation. Booked on a train to Stockholm and subsequent International flight. 6:00am I called, reached someone clearly asleep. Taxi never came, yet TaxiJakt charged for ride i never took. Contacted them, they insisted they had cancelled my ride, clearly they had not, as payment was not cancelled. The worst, missed my train, missed my international flight. DO NOT USE TAXIJAKT !

Worst service! The driver never called but claims that he came before 30 minutes and left. However with repeated calls they arranged another car. And got dropped at airport.

A big nonsense , unprofessional company.
Never ever trust them especially when you have urgent time bound matter involved. They can cancel your booking by lame /lie. Cancelled my ride just before 20 minutes although booked and paid 12 hours back. Lame excuse : “no taxi nearby” although I can see taxis are available showed in their Apk when I tried to rebook.

Showed up extremely late, taxi driver decided to pick up another customer on the way to my reservation. When showed up, the car was dirty and later on payment had to be through swish to a private account. Not professional

They did not show up. And do not pick up the phone when you call them. Just scam.

They did not show. They canceled our taxi that we had prebooked from the airport to the city. So we were left on the sidewalk with a small child, and lots of luggage and no childseat and had to find another taxi.
Worst company ever.

They never showed up. Gothenburg Sweden.
I booked a taxi via taxijakt ahead of time as a 06:05 morning reservation.
They sent a message 5-10 mins before the scheduled time that the ride was cancelled.
I had a train to catch, so it put me in a stressful situation.
I wish that i had read the reviews here because it seems to be reoccurring behaviour from them.

We needed to order new taxi from another company. I had alredy paid for the taxi. And now they dont even respond to emails inspite og several tryes.
Dont use this company!!

Horrible experience. Booked and prepaid a taxi online to get home from the airport. Driver never showed up so I had to pay for another taxi and still haven’t received my money back.

Booked for Älmhult, confimed and payed. As I made phone-call the day before to make sure that I catch my plane, I was told, that there is service only in the bigger citys. Good that I had tried to confirm. I think they wouldn´t have called me. I hope I will get my money back. My advice: You should confirm your ride by yourself by phone-call or use another service!

I just had a ride with a taxijakt taxi from Orust to Landvettter airport in Göteborg. Pick-up on time. Very nice driver. Pleasant conversation. Clean car. I will book again.

the taxi did not turn up I received a text in Swedish 15 minutes before departure that they were not coming. this was at 4h30 AM! I was heading to the airport, so really not good!

we had booked and paid money to go to Stockholm central for a early morning 5:00 train to Copenhagen.
Driver called just before time to start that he can't come. and then further he cut the call when I call back.

we had to quickly book another taxi from different operator to be on time to our train.

then when I call customer care to report, it was bit rude response than thanking for me reporting the issue

Booked online mid week for a taxi to take 2 adults + 15 month old from Luleå airport to town. Was shown route and given 3 vehicle options. Booked and paid. On the Saturday morning whilst waiting to board at Heathrow, received a text message informing me that they do not operate in Luleå, leaving us stranded. If they don’t operate in Luleå, why did they take the booking? Waiting for refund in hope.

Taxi arrived on time and got me to airport in one piece at least! When I started the journey with him I asked him to use a “hands free” device whilst talking on his mobile and not holding it in his hand and constantly changing his hands as it made me feel uncomfortable! 10 mins before we got to airport he was scrolling through text/WhatsApp messages! I could see him regularly taking his eyes off the road while negotiating corners. Needless to say he did not receive a tip. An accident waiting to happen. I only wish I’d thought of videoing the episodes!!

Rude and disrespectful! First the car was 20 minuts late. We ordered a car for 5 people with suitcases for everyone to Landvetter airport Gothenburg. it came a small car for 4 adults and a child seat that was folded up in the luggage. We had to sit with two bags on our laps inside the car. The person sitting in the child's seat had to hold onto the bags that were next to them in the luggage so as not to get them on top of them. Not to be repeated on the way home from the flight a week later. We went crazy when the same car comes and picks us up even though we told them about a big car. Unfortunately we had prepaid everything.

The worst company ever. Customer service rude and inefficient. DO NOT choose this company!
