Do yourselves a favor, and use ANYONE else but these lying scammers.
I have spent thousands and the e-delivery app has not been working properly no matter how much I pay for them to fix it or how long I wait. They are very dishonest and never take ownership for anything that goes wrong. They will fix one thing, and mess up something else, then tell you that you need to pay them to fix it. It is a very unproductive cycle and your business will suffer if you work with this company.
A few examples:
I purchase the website, IOS and Android app e-delivery combo and paid USD $800 for them to change the fee calculation method on all three platforms. Two weeks later they messaged that it was completed, when I checked the website was not updated. I messaged them and they told me "I did not pay to update the website only the app". When in fact the quote was to update the entire system. They then tried to force me into paying more to update the website. When I got upset, they said they would do it "as a favor".
On the demo website shown, there was a link to a page to accept applications for employment. When my website was done, the page was missing. I questioned it and was told I need to pay USD $1,200 more to get that ONE page. I was not asking for anything custom, just for them to link a button to a page similar to the demo. I also asked them to update the page descriptions from gibberish to something I wrote, and was told that I needed to pay extra or hire a SEO person - keep in mind they are the only ones with backend access to the website.
They also do not test any changes, and do not make an effort to ensure changes are done properly. I paid over USD $1,000 to update the payment gateway on the app and website, they updated the app but not the website. Since the update went live, the app crashes when customers enter the card's CCV number. I told them what was happening and instead of fixing it they said it was not their fault. Immediately after they updated the payment gateway, the earnings report feature stopped working. I reported this to them and was told that it was completely unrelated and that I need to pay USD $500 for them to 'look into it'.
There have also been instances when I gave them a deadline to do something, and they go on vacations, even though they were aware that it was something urgent and had weeks of advance notice.
It has been nonstop issues with this company, and POOJA, the person you will be forced to work with will try to bully you into paying more and more money, even when it is something you already paid for or when the issue is their own fault.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
