Accountant dis not help me get best option .Never asked me about expenses just got cis statement and pay slips and said this i what you are due .
I am not an accountant so would like advice on if I can claim for other items .
Its just not personal to the client.They been payed up front so not interested in making you the best return

Value for money but it has its frustrations
Been with them 3 years. Their accountants are excellent - only one didn't turn up and I got a replacement in a few days. My experience with customer service has been patchy, one (Brittany) was surprisingly incredibly rude. I find their bank link and automated bookkeeping unusable but that might be me. All in all, Taxfix is value for money but it has its frustrations.

I’ve used this site for 3 years now and I highly recommend. It’s so easy to navigate, and the chat AI actually understands you when you ask it a question.
For what I use it for - managing taxes from income from a letting - it’s extremely easy to use and I always get a quick response.
