Everything works beautifully
Everything works beautifully! All of my transactions are always present and categorized correctly. I've tried 3 other competitors and NONE of them could seem to properly classify transactions, which then required tedious manual work to correct/fix everything. I would have given a 5-Star rating, except TAXbit does not support automated ingestion of Cardano wallet transactions. Hopefully they will add that soon considering the millions of ADA HODL'ers on planet Earth.

Customer support is top of the line. Every time I've had a question, I get a quick and concise answer that addresses my concern or issue. Tax reporting for 2020 was hassle free.

Taxbit has potential, but falls short in major ways
Taxbit has potential, but it needs a lot of work.
For starters, at the very least, Taxbit needs to explain why it has a trial period and requires payment method and payment upfront when no one else in the tax industry does (crypto or traditional).
Next, the exchange integrations is pretty decent. Still missing Crypto.com, Nexo, and Exodus.
The wallet integration is miserable. Taxbit has completely neglected the vast majority of major chains.
The CSV import leaves a lot to be desired. It screws up a lot, such as reversing transactions, failing to import transactions, etc.
Besides the exchange integrations, the UI aesthetics are decent but the transaction presentation needs some serious work. Such as: when there is a transfer between wallets or exchange-to-wallet, it should show as a single transaction consistently and every time. As it sits, it does such only selectively and rather limitedly.
Taxbit gets 1 star for exchange integrations and 1 star (half star if it would let me) for aesthetics. Taxbit has some serious wallet integration and functionality work to do.

It was pretty easy getting the information from the exchanges I used. It was not so easy putting the information into TurboTax. I had to enter each item myself. I am not sure that was a TaxBit problem or a TurboTax problem or my problem, but it was more time consuming than I expected.

I thought I would never get my taxes straightend out
I thought I would never get my taxes straightened out because i couldn't find some information and the first tax program I tried just confused the situation further.
Thanks to the wonderful CS people at TAXbit I was able to get information I needed and then put the purchase history together. I had overpaid my taxes for three years and will now get a well deserved refund. ( It took over five months to get it right)
